After I placed my first order, they told me that I had "earned" over $100.00 in "credits". So I ordered more merchandise-thinking that the only cost I would incur would be for shipping. Then, UNFORTUNATELY, I discovered the truth! It wasn't actual credits! What they did was: applied a small percentage discount, to some items ONLY! But, I only discovered this AFTER I placed the order! Then, when I IMMEDIATELY tried to cancel the order, they said that it was already "in processing" and therefore could NOT be cancelled. UNBELIEVABLE! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They will do to you what they did to me! BEWARE!

I've been getting emails from Dot & Bo for a couple of years now. I finally decided to give them a try. What a terrible mistake!
I placed an order on December 9,2017. This is when i learned Dot & Bo was really Openskys. One would think and in stock item ordered on 12/9 would be a no brainer for Christmas ("ships in one day, usually arrives four days later"). On 12/12 I received a notification that the shipping label had been created. What, exactly, is the benefit of this?
In the early evening on 12/16, I wrote their "Customer Love" dept. asking for a refund, as the item hadn't yet shipped and they ignored my previous emails. At 12:20 A.M. on Monday, the 18th, I received a notice that the item has shipped and should arrive on 12/26 or later. The "Customer Love" rep. Wrote me during the day on the 18th telling me since the item has been shipped, there's nothing they can do.
I have emailed them asking for them to contact the post office and change the shipping to an expedited method (yes, this can be done by the shipper). It is now the 21st and all of my emails are being ignored.
I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I am only being ripped off for about $35.00. I feel sorry for the person who places an order for a couple of hundred dollars.

I think that Open Sky is great... shipping was fast. There should be more details regarding items. I found that the details of the purse for smart phones was not detailed enough and I bought it and I am not really satisfied with it. It smells and it is for the phone and credit cards, I thought it was a purse with the place for the smart phone

I put in a online order and immediately realized I used the wrong credit card. I hit the cancel button and it said cancelled and asked why so I stated the reason. This was on a Sunday. That afternoon an email came and said my order is being processed. I have sent 5 more emails and they keep saying order can not be canceled. It is for only $26.00 so I sent an email asking when it will be shipped and they never give me a answer. They just say being processed as of 6 days later. They already took my money out of my account and unfortunately I accidentally used my debit card. I doubt I will ever get any shipping info. Or the order. Buyer Beware!

You have good house product curtains where great sheets, bedcomforter. All great clothes some of the items I had to send back they where cheaply made both sweat shirts great don't now about others. They are Xmas gifts.

If I could lower their rating, I will do it without hesitating. I have them a chance to prove better then previous reviews; but they are hopeless. Dont expect anybody to respond to your complaints or concerns. NO PHONE # to address customers issues. Purchased the V-Neck Tunic shirt and two satchel handbags. The shirt is not the same shirt that they show in the picture. It is ok but clearly not what I thought I had ordered. The two purses have yet to arrive. The only way that you can contact them is through email and I have emailed them twice and have yet to find out when they will arrive. If I don't receive the rest of my order soon, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
