As of right now I'm gonna give this site a 2 rating due to the following reasons
1. I placed an order last week at around 12 10 am about 14 hours later i get a notification stating the order was shipped
2. After receiving the tracking number with it saying it was shipped china post epacket and when I click on the tracking number it brings up another site called aftership. For 7 days it stated my tracking was pending, then after checking it today it says expired when I click the link with my tracking number. I'd at least like to know what country my order is in and a proper tracking number with how my order be located
3. I sent an email to customer service over 4 hours ago and have yet to have a response back yet. To me that is not acceptable.
In conclusion as of right now i will give this site a 2. If i get my order in the 10 business day guideline for delivery Ill give it a higher rating but the way it looks right now I'll be giving this possibly a lower rating
Open Sky sent me an email stating that my order was shipping - but I had NOT placed an order! It's impossible to get through on their customer service line because it's a series of adds (probably more scams).

They said in the email that order could be cancelled if it wasn't in process, but it had already been shipped by the time the email was sent!

I ordered a travel packing item, and the first time I used it on a trip the zipper broke making the item unusable. After three unanswered customer service emails (there is no phone number) a live chat person told me that I couldn't return it because it was past the 14 day return policy. It was a defective, cheaply made product that broke the first time I used it. This is a horrible company! Living Social should be ashamed of itself redirecting its customers to Open Sky!

I specifically ordered the 2-Pack Parkez LED Lights. They sent me 1. I sent them emails stating their error. Have not had one response from them to date. By the amount of complaints about this company, I wonder how they can stay in business. Will never purchase from them again.

I ordered yarn to finish a project. The yarn had been discontinued and I was desperate to find the remaining amount I needed. I found it here at a highly inflated price but ordered it anyway. My order was pending for nearly a week and then was cancelled by the supplier. I feel duped and then wasted the time whe I could have been shopping for a suitable substitute. I wont try this again.
I could not believe the great price I got on the outdoor umbrella and figured there had to be something wrong with it. I was relieved and pleasantly surprised when it arrived and was assembled. It is not only beautiful but good quality. I am thrilled at my amazing deal with OpenSky!

Normally I don't write such harsh reviews, but I've ordered three times from OpenSky. My last order (which I still haven't received) will be my last. I've had two bad shipping experiences out of three which is a 67% failure rate. First time the problem happened, I received an email with a shipping tracking number stating the order was in route when in fact it had never even been fulfilled. Three weeks later I received the order. This last time, the USPS tracking number showed the product was delivered three days earlier, which wasn't the case. I contacted Customer Support and was told I would need to deal with the Post Office. OpenSky could take a few customer service lessons from Amazon.

Not sure which purchase you want me to review but I'm reviewing the earrings that I'm still waiting for. I ordered them on May 5. They said they were being processed on May 10. I still haven't received them. I contacted open sky and have yet to know the resolution. Not pleased

I have sent several emails with absolutely no response. I was promised a full refund from you for three shirts I ordered but never received. I have not received a cent back and it has been 2 weeks since your promise. My emails continue to go unreturned. At one point, the merchant reimbursed my card $35 but only for one top. Then they took that $35 back! The merchant is Amaryllis. The order number is *******. This has been going on for weeks and weeks and I have received not only zero answers to my emails but no reimbursement for the 3 tops I never received! What is the problem? What kind of company are you? This must be resolved.

False discounts and credits. Always saying special discounts and then when I try to use the coupon and it tells me that the code has been used too many times. I have made quite a few purchases and I am really disappointed that you feel that you have to reel your customers in to make a sale. If you say I have a $85 credit then I should be able to use the $85 and by something for that amount or close. Stay away from these incompetence Neanderthal Buffoons, Worst communication I've ever had with any onli8ne ordering company. Can't get in touch with them to cancel an order that has been shipped. Cancellation order was flat out ignored and now I feel like I'm having a product force fed down my throat regardless of whether I want it or not. First and last time I will order from this 5th rate third word company. Orders are shipped from China, not the US, and I've already removed my debit card from my account with them and plan on refusing the order when it does arrive and will be faxing my refusal and claim ref # number to my bank.

I ordered some jewelry from them, three days later got an email saying it had shipped. After eight days, still no product, so I checked the tracking number. The USPS site shows the shipping information was sent, but no package processed. The OpenSky tracking sight is straight out lying about shipping status. I emailed OpenSky CS and got a replaying saying it would take 2-3 days for them to respond(really?). I called OpenSky and was rudely told that there was nothing they could do, but they would try to reach the vendor for me. I was told that OpenSky just handles the money transaction and my dispute was between me and the vender (a company site I never visited) I'll never buy from these scammers again. Learn from the many similar reviews, don't be sucked by the company's paid stooge reviews.

On January 1st I placed an order for $60 for a ring from Diamond Veneer on opensky. I assumed it would be just like groupon or Amazon. After a long10 days of waiting I was super excited to see that the package was delivered today. I tore open the yellow envelope and opened up the gift box, only to find that it was completely empty! I am so frustrated. I was so looking forward to wearing the ring to an event this weekend. I can't even get a hold of open sky via phone, I had to email them and it says it could take up to 4 days for a response. I am thoroughly disappointed and have never had this type of experience with any other company. I am hoping this issue can be resolved or I will not be shopping with open sky again in the future.

Like many others here, I'm wrote a review in attempt to get in contact with someone from opensky to view my question in regards to my order status. My order didn't come in the expected time frame but it came about 1-2 weeks later than expected. So about 3 weeks in all I waited for my order. I was afraid I was not going to receive it because I'm guessing it runs somewhat like an amazon with different sellers I really don't know. But once I wrote my initial review Gavin got in contact with me and kept me updated every 2 days. Which was comforting. My order is expected and I'm happy I received it. Because what I wanted I could have only found on this site.

I ordered the Well Traveled Journey Tote Bag as a birthday gift for my daughter. She carried it for less than a month (and didn't over pack it) and the handle tore off. OpenSky was great about arranging for a replacement, but by then my daughter had moved onto another bag so i began using the replacement bag. Like my daughter, I didn't over fill the bag, and within a short amount of time, the handle tore off again. Quality is very poor. When I sent a 2nd request to OpenSky and asked for a refund rather than a replacement, was told (after they contacted the seller) that I was outside of the 14 day replacement so there was nothing they could do. I would expect an $80 handbag to last longer than that. Original bag delivered 12/5, both bags were carried for less than a month.
Never will be a customer again... very disappointing!

I ordered air of earrings and paid $55.00. I received them and thought I was satisfied. They then started sending emails for the same earrings for $20.00. I called for either a $30.00 refund or merchandise credit. They explained I had to return the earrings and repurchase them at the lower price. I promptly returned them and waited weeks for my refund. After multiple emails, I was told the refund was forthcoming. I did receive a portion of the refund for $40.00. The stole $15.00 from me. Beware of Open Sky, I consider their business practices unethical. I am out of $15.00 and no earrings. You have to spend so much time listening to explanations that make no sense. So I would advise you to be sure you want the item and then wait. After a few days it WILL be reduced. Their business model sucks. But I am sure they are benefitting from stealing money from customers.
Opensky never delivered my order and they never responded to my 3 emails. This is the most unprofessional site I have ever attempted to buy from and I suggest that no one should ever attempt to use this company. It sounds like a scam.

No one should use this site. It uses people. I bought the master star night light for my step son and when I received it the package was damaged but I decided that was fine then I take out the night light and the top just came completely off but once again I said no problem easy fix. Then I turn it on and it only worked for one day. I tried getting ahold of someone as protocol through email twice and still no response from them. They sell crappy items and take no responsibility for them. They are nothing but crooks.
