After I placed my first order, they told me that I had "earned" over $100.00 in "credits". So I ordered more merchandise-thinking that the only cost I would incur would be for shipping. Then, UNFORTUNATELY, I discovered the truth! It wasn't actual credits! What they did was: applied a small percentage discount, to some items ONLY! But, I only discovered this AFTER I placed the order! Then, when I IMMEDIATELY tried to cancel the order, they said that it was already "in processing" and therefore could NOT be cancelled. UNBELIEVABLE! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They will do to you what they did to me! BEWARE!

After reviewing your order, I found out, that your package is not delayed. The Total Delivery Time consists of both the processing time and the shipping time. The estimated delivery date is 2018-01-07. And we state it in the shipping method choosing part at the Check-Out page when you placed this order. So it's normal that you still haven't received the package because it's still in transit.
