They advertise "free shipping" if you order over forty-nine dollars worth of merchandise, but I ordered fifty-three dollars (pre tax) worth of merchandise and WAS NOT GIVEN free Shipping! They would not even bother to respond to my emails regarding this issue! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY-THEY ARE DISHONORABLE!

They send you emails>supposedly offering discount coupons, but after you go to all the time & trouble selecting the ones you want, THEY won't load. Then when you email them about that issue-They don't even bother to respond!!! BUT, THEY do have time to send you MORE emails, yet AGAIN offering more coupons! DON'T BOTHER!!!!

STILL WAITING FOR SOME OF MY ORDERS!!! It's such a sad thing to have to look your grandson in the eyes and tell him that you're STILL WAITING for his Christmas present to be delivered!!! They email a supposed link to some tracking info, but when you attempt it, it just gives you a page that says there is NO INFO FROM THAT SELLER! And so I wait, but Christmas has passed. And my grandson looks at me like he was only an "AFTER THOUGHT". I wish these "fly by night" businesses had to endure the pain they thoughtlessly inflict on others!!!

After reviewing your order, I found out, that your package is not delayed. The Total Delivery Time consists of both the processing time and the shipping time. On our website the processing time appears on the product page, right above the "add to cart" button. For more information please see the following link.

The estimated delivery date is 2018-01-07. And we state it in the shipping method choosing part at the Check-Out page when you placed this order. So it's normal that you still haven't received the package because it's still in transit.

Ordered a memorial ornament of my grand-baby; they sent the item, however, it was flawed! It had a blurry spot on two letters. And when I notified them of this, their response was for me to send them a pic of it so they could "review" it. Such an unbelievable response! My heart was broken when I saw this ornament and then they want me to go to extra bother (on my part) so they can "determine" IF they want to do the right thing!!! Well, it's already too late for them to do the right thing! They shouldn't have sent me such an item!! Too many people attempting to get away with shoddy business these days!! BEWARE!! DON'T BOTHER DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE-THEY'LL BREAK YOUR HEART!!!

After I placed my first order, they told me that I had "earned" over $100.00 in "credits". So I ordered more merchandise-thinking that the only cost I would incur would be for shipping. Then, UNFORTUNATELY, I discovered the truth! It wasn't actual credits! What they did was: applied a small percentage discount, to some items ONLY!!!! But, I only discovered this AFTER I placed the order!!! Then, when I IMMEDIATELY tried to cancel the order, they said that it was already "in processing" and therefore could NOT be cancelled. UNBELIEVABLE!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! They will do to you what they did to me!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!
