I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Personalization Mall. The delivery dates were completely inaccurate, and my products were delivered far later than promised. After multiple phone calls to follow up, I was repeatedly told, "We have a lot of customers," as if my concerns didn't matter.
To make matters worse, they misprinted the return address on my envelopes. The proof I approved was correct, and the label had the correct print, yet the final product was wrong. I even sent photos to prove their mistake, but they refused to reprint or refund me.
It was a horrible experience from start to finish, and their lack of accountability and poor customer service were truly devastating. I will never order from them again!
Be very careful when placing an order here! What I received is NOTHING like what I expected. The wine glasses look like a cheap label was just slapped on them — it's completely unprofessional and unacceptable! Nobody bothered to contact me to discuss the file I provided, just assuming everything was fine. This is not only embarrassing, but also unacceptable to send to the people I intended. I will NEVER order from here again!
Searched all over for the perfect mug to say "Thank You" to a professional colleague. Was so excited to find this classy one that allowed me to not only personalize the name and profession but the message, as well as have it arrive by Christmas. I ended up purchasing four of them and they all loved them. Personalization Mall stands in a category of its own far above any other company for personalized gifts in quality and customer service. I have used them for years with confidence and pride in their products. This mug was a another hit! Thank you once again PM!
I ordered this flag with low expectations because I had never used this company before but I was pleasantly surprised! It came quicker than the expected delivery date and I chose the least expensive one. I would definitely order again!
Ordered custom books for my grandchild with a guarantee delivery before Christmas. Did not recieve and I reach out to the company no less than 7 times to inquire why they were not shipped. Never did get an answer. Company ruined Christmas! If I could give 0 stars I would.
Could not have asked for a better product or better customer service and communication. Easy to order fast shipping and very good communication about my order status. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for something like this to honor a loved one will definitely return for other products.
They charged me $25.00 to ship a 12x16x2 box that weighed 3 pounds! They said it was "heavy" so they had to charge more. Their ads state 20% off "site-wide" with coupon, but since almost everything is "on sale" they coupon doesn't really work! I'll never order from them again and wouldn't have ordered this time but needed it for a special occasion. In my opinion - total rip off.
If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered 14x14 pillow. Absolutely worst "pillow"! The image was okay, the actual pillow - um NO! It's not even 1/2 inch thick…. That's not a pillow! More like a mouse pad. NOT worth the $42 I paid

Had ornaments made for my grandkids and you can't read the personalization on them. You think they would call and explain to you about the print. My grandsons are not taking the passing of their grandfather well and I only would like to have them replaced and they wouldn't do it. That's why they only have a 1.9 rating.
I have been sending our in-laws, these photo ornaments of their grandkids for many years, and they absolutely love them! They have six grandkids, and it's always a labor of love to find good pictures. But once I find the pictures, they make great gifts!
Like many others, my order says it shipped on 12/4. How're, the USPS tracking shows only the label was created, and it has not shipped. Today is 12/17. I'm doubtful I'll get it by Christmas. I gave emailed customer service, but have not received a response. Buyers beware!
I bought my neighbors a wind chime from Personalization Mall, it was well made, and absolutely gorgeous! They recently had to put their dog to sleep and this was the perfect gift! Thank you so much!
I've been trying to get a hold of someone through the numbers provided on the website but no one picks up, and the machine keeps repeating itself. Messaged them on Instagram and emailed but no response there either. I got my order later than scheduled and when it came, it was broken. The item was a wedding present. Sigh. Will be the first and last time buying from these people. Oh and I will also call my bank and dispute charges. Who wants to pay for a broken item that I can't even gift to the wedding couple? Nobody deserves that. What a shame.
I purchased the "Large Print Bible" from personalization mall because I am 80 and needed something with larger print and easier to read. Well this writing was similar to newspaper print. Nowhere near "Large". Likely an 8-10 pt font. I just purchased a 16.5 pt font bible from amazon for less $$. AND Personalization Mall will only give me a credit and not my money back although I am sending the item back in original packaging only 4 days after receiving it. Deceptive practices for senior citizens.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Their customer service is the absolute worst! They said grey isn't an option for their ornaments…oh really, see the attached. They screw up and won't send the correct item unless I pay $10 to ship it again yet they screwed. Bye!
Placed an order that supposedly shipped with no way to try it. Called customer service and the phone never rings, just tells you to try back later. Sent an email directly from their website with no response. Sent an email to them from my order confirmation and heard back about three days later. When I requested a refund after they gave me the option of reordering or getting my money back of course they didn't respond. I have never had this issue with Personalization mall before but I will definitely never order from here again!

I have been a repeat customer of personalization mall for several years. I have never been disappointed. My recent purchase, for etched 'made in Italy' champagne flutes was probably the most beautiful gift I have ever seen. I was overwhelmed with joy when I opened the box and saw how wonderfully they came out. I cannot wait to give this to one of my best friend's and her husband to be! Over the top customer service, shipped ASAP and the quality is outstanding. I am beyond happy with my purchase. And, the price was amazingly generous.
Bought an item & paid $25 2day rush delivery. Never got it due to FedEx mistake. PMall didn't assume any responsibility & on top of that pretended to keep charging me the rush delivery since they were going to re-send it the same way. I asked to be charged only the 4day express delivery because it was going to be 5 days later (which was fair) but staff member Patricia in a VERY condescending disrespectful way refused to do it saying she couldn't understand where I was coming from asking for the partial refund - acting as I, after going thru this ordeal and not getting what I had paid for, was trying to take advantage of them?
Of course I opted for full refund, no item for my special occasion and no chance on getting anything else on time. Regret choosing them for this event. DO NOT RISK IT if is something important!
I ordered a personalized Christmas ornament to honor my husband of 30 years who passed away this year. The choices available were wonderful, the prices reasonable and the work they did was amazing. The ornament is beautiful, and I received it so quickly, in less than a week. It will be a family keepsake for years to come. I highly recommend PersonalizationMall.
YAY! I got my personalized frame! It is perfect and I got it super quick! Reading reviews, I was pretty hesitant to purchase through them but I took a chance and I'm so happy I did! I think I placed my order Monday night (1/25/2021) and received it in the morning on Thursday (1/28/2021)! If I ever need anything like this again I will definitely buy from Personalizationmall & I will recommend them to my family & friends! :)

Answer: They won't fix it. I called customer service and they pretty much said to bad. Also they may make you a new one but charge you 50% and the shipping charge.
