The words on my mug were printed using a font size that was barely readable. The text was bleeding(smudgy edges) and you had to hold it up close to your eyes in order to read it. When I displayed a clear disparity between the final product and what they advertise on their site they said it was my fault. I explained to them that there was no option for me to choose the font size. Yet, here I am. I have attached the image in case you were wondering.
I ordered ornaments for family members after the loss of their father. When the products arrived, the ornaments, either had part of the heads cut away or they had stamped a hole in the heads pf people in the picture. The pictures that I sent them were within the parameters that they requested. When I contacted them, they responded by saying it's taking longer than expected to investigate my case. I wanted these present.s for Christmas. Didn't happen and hasn't happened yet. Would never buy from them again! The products were that great to begin with the price paid for them. Look elsewhere.
YAY! I got my personalized frame! It is perfect and I got it super quick! Reading reviews, I was pretty hesitant to purchase through them but I took a chance and I'm so happy I did! I think I placed my order Monday night (1/25/2021) and received it in the morning on Thursday (1/28/2021)! If I ever need anything like this again I will definitely buy from Personalizationmall & I will recommend them to my family & friends! :)
If I could give less than one star I would! I ordered a Personalized fleece blanket. It looks like a rag, puckered edges, personalization is off center, backing shows through the front. I think they make up the reviews because I don't see my one star review. They refuse refund as it is personalized but they put it on a defective blanket! Update: Just received another email from them telling me to mail the product back to them at my expense and then "Upon receipt we will notify you with our findings and resolution." So I'm supposed to spend more money to mail the defective product back with no guarantee of a refund. I shop a lot online and I rarely return items but this is a gift and I am too embarrassed to even give it. I'm spreading the word to as many venues as I can to not buy from this company.
I was nervous about going with this company for some Christmas ornament gifts, but figured they don't cost a ton, so let's give them a shot. The ornaments came a few days after I ordered them and they look great! I got the matte finish. I love that I could switch around the names until the fit the way I thought was most visually appealing.

Doormat insert too small for rubber tray and not secured so it moves. Letters are weirdly smeared and not like the sample you have to approve before ordering. Def not quality worthy of the $95 BEFORE the express shipping added to total $132. Wish I would have read all the bad reviews prior to ordering
Name on mug is placed for use by a left handed person, Very disappointed that an option was not offered at time of ordering. Should come through for use by right handed individuals as they are the majority.

I ordered an apron for my mom for christmas from my kids and although it took some time to get it was worth it and very nice. I ordered another one for my MIL and it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received it yet. Personalization Mall had it shipped out within 3 days and now it is stuck somewhere in transit. I think there must be a more efficient way to ship items. I am worried I will not have it in time for the holiday even though it was ordered a month early.
Ordered Oreo Tin. They printed the wrong year on each cookie. Contacted customer service who initially responded quickly. I sent them a picture and description of what they got wrong. Did Not hear back from them. I reached out with 2 more phone calls and was told it was another department that handles that aspect of the order and how great they were at immediately getting back to customers. Days passed and no response. I let customer service reps know that my deadline was fast approaching and I needed that item for a Birthday function. They never returned any of my subsequent calls. Then when I sent an email they advised they were refunding the purchase price. I would have preferred the item instead, But since they never had a conversation with me I was stuck with a product I could not present. I would not recommend patronizing this website. They don't seem to care about customer's concerns or the quality of their products. Note. Unable to upload receipt due to file size restriction. Personalization order number from original transaction is *******797 dated Sunday Oct 27,2024.
Currently waiting for a retirement keepsake for my stepmother. I have called and emailed, item says it has shipped via email but FedEx doesn't have the package? I've seen multiple scenarios like this on the reviews... starting to worry it won't make it on time, even after paying for express shipping.

I ordered early December, and it shipped next day. My tracking number doesn't work, and it's 2 weeks late. I have sent several emails to customer service to resolve the tracking number error. They basically just say " expect 12 days extra of shopping delays". Totally understand, but that's not what I asked. I asked for a working tracking number, and confirmation that it shipped. Now they just ignore my emails. Please don't use them, it's just awful customer service.
I have ordered from Personalization Mall for several years, many items! The quality is top notch, the ordering process is very easy, and the service can not be beat. I am a school teacher and love giving personalized gifts to my colleagues and our staff. The students also are excited to see such fun memo cubes on different teacher's desk. I love given the photo mugs to friends and family. I have given my girl trip friends mugs with a picture of our group. I have given friends and family members picture mugs of loved ones that have passed away. My daughters are both professionals with offices. I have given them memo cubes, mouse pads, mugs, and other office accessories for their offices. This is something they ask for every other year or so when they are ready to make changes to their office areas.
They responded to my complaint here and asked for my order number so that they could look into it for me. They keep apologizing for the tracking not being updated, but it is clear that the item never left their facility in the first place. There is nowhere I can reorder it locally and still get it in time for Christmas. The most recent response was that they were going to refer it to their customer service team and someone would be in touch with me. Well that hasn't happened. Again, I so wish that I had checked into their reputation before I placed the order. My grandson is going to be so disappointed that he does not have the gift to give to his parents. Nice way to break a little boys heart Personalization Mall.

My 11-year-old grandson contacted me by text and said that he needed my help. He wanted to order something personalized for his parents for Christmas but couldn't ask them to order it through their emails/credit cards. I told him he needed to send me the info asap so that we could ensure he'd get it to give to them for Christmas. I placed the order and receive an email the next morning saying the item had shipped. When I clicked on the tracking it said: Waiting For Package To Arrive At Facility. One week later I called and waited for almost one hour to speak with someone - they said it had shipped. I know things are delayed these days, but one would think that if it had actually shipped it would have been scanned somewhere at some point. I don't think it ever left the facility. Now I am left trying to reorder something for him so that he has something to give them before Christmas. I usually do my research before I purchase something from a company, but because my grandson asked me and I wanted it to be here before Christmas I did not do my research. Big, costly mistake.
If I could give this company less than 1 star, I'd do it. One of their customer service representatives named Mary, called me crazy during the call. I called to inquire about approximate delivery date of my order. Then I thought about it and since it was a gift but was not arriving on time, I called again to cancel my order which is when she said "Oh man! I had this CRAZY lady call me twice today!" and then hung up on me. How can a customer service representative abuse customers like this!

I have been using them for years. Always loved what I got. Recently bought a blanket for Mothers Day. My MIL got someone else's blanket and they got hers. Spoke with CS for over an hour. We laughed and joked about it because spit happens. Was told a new one would be sent. Fast forward 4 weeks and she didn't get the original one. Contacted CS again and was told they never got the picture of the wrong item delivered, which they did because the representative laughed about it with us. Now I was told after checking they will send a new one. I mean of course they will, they sent the wrong item. Requested a refund and was told no. I spend so much on this website it is their loss.
I ordered one of their personalized ammo cases. On their website they show the product engraved with clear white lettering though when it arrived all they had done was use a laser cutter to remove the dark green paint to reveal the dark metal below so any letter was barely visible. When I emailed looking for a return / refund they stated that they stood by the product and would only offer a 20% discount if I called a certain number between business hours. They state on the website they clearly state they will refund orders if you are not satisfied so that's clearly a lie. I wrote a review on the website to let others know before buying but they didn't publish the review.

Paid for my very special personalized family Christmas gifts. Took my $ on 11/26, claims it shipped on 11/30, status hasn't changed as of 12/2 stating that USPS still has not received the items. They are taking people's money and running.

I ordered a door mat for my clients as a gift ( I am a realtor). Cheapest quality I've ever see, absolutely useless, I think even 99 cent or Dollar Tree store will be ashamed to sell these product. Customer service is rude. Stay away from this site. If you really need some personalized gifts- go to Etsy.com- they stand for their service and quality.
This web site is a rip off. Cheap Chinese goods sold at a premium. But poor quality for the price is something I see a lot of businesses offer, far worse is the way they treat feedback about their products. When you post a review, the site is sure to inform you that your reviews are now owned by them once you submit. When I posted a bad review for a crappy product, I was sent an email asking me to send a picture to verify my problem and the email included the follow very disturbing statement: "It is up to our discretion to determine which reviews accurately describe the items ordered by our customers." WOW! This is exceptionally poor for any retailer or manufacturer. The item I purchased had 50+ reviews and nothing below 4 stars - now I know why! In my experience, even excellent goods at great prices will result in a few displeased customers.
