One star is probably too many. When my order arrived it was broken in 4 pieces. How do they think sending a breakable ornament in a thin bubble wrap envelope, tucked into a flimsy plastic bag isn't going to get broken in shipping. Really! I'm absolutely sure UPS and USPS know that this is breakable. Never again will I order from Personalized Mall.
Their workmanship, their guarantee, and "their word" are all worthless. If you still choose to order something "personalized," you'd better send the recipient a magnifying glass to go along with it.

I called them today because my package looks like delivered but I didn't receive it. The woman on the phone was rude and nasty. She told me that people living in apartments should give a home address or have a P, O. Box so these things do not happen. Totally dumb and did not even apologize and immediately cut me off the call.
I was excited to get this item as a Father's Day gift for my husband with pictures of him and our son. During the "preview" at check-out, I changed some pictures which apparently didn't save and I ended up with duplicate pictures on my cube. Don't make changes during the "preview" section. Customer Service was only willing to offer 30% off if I ordered another one, which is what they offer all customers who are unhappy with their product - this doesn't even cover shipping (which is quite expensive - even if you don't need it rushed). It would've been nice if a little compassion/customer courtesy would've been extended. The product would have been great if the correct pictures had been used. I'm more frustrated with the company as a whole and have decided to go elsewhere for future photo/personalized purchases.
Ordered invites with RSVP date printed. Going to have to text or call everyone to extend date. My delivery has not come yet. Tracking number says cannot be found or has been deleted on the UPS site. Paid $9.99 to receive it in 2-4 days. It's been 1 1/2 weeks. Called customer service and their response was "well It's coming up fine on my end". I asked if I'll be reimbursed or faster shipping with regular price on my next order or some discount. She said "no. Unfortunately UPS won't reimburse them so we can't reimburse you. It left fine on our end".
I replied, well thank you for no help really... She laughed and said "ok"...
I guess now I have to play the waiting game or try to hunt down my package with UPS myself... How fun

Have ordered from Personalization Mall several times and love their products. Everything is high quality and is exactly as described on their website. Some items were delivered faster than others, but nothing out of the ordinary for personalized items. Will be ordering from them again soon. Great wedding, shower, and baby gift ideas!
I have ordered the personalized Christmas tree ornament as a gift for my friends (contained a photo of us together) before visiting them. The shipment was late, and the whole idea screwed. I did not even open the package since we came back

PersonalizationMall.com made my day! I made the mistake of ordering these from a different company. After two weeks and my deadline coming closer, they still had not been shipped. I promptly cancelled that order and began looking for another place to get these. After finding PersonalizationMall.com, I decided to give it a try. During a holiday week, I ordered these on a Monday evening, paid for expedited shipping, and had these by Friday. Seriously good service! Also, the picks look amazing! Thank you PersonalizationMall.com! P.S. Even with expedited shipping, PM.com was cheaper than the other company too. Will definitely do business here again!
I don't know why this site has such horrible reviews. I was scared to order, but I did anyways. I personalized a precious moments baby blanket for my niece that's on the way. I got it a week later. I used a coupon I found online at retail me not. The price was fair, and shipping was not outrageous. It is a nice quality blanket, micro fleece, soft, and the same shade of pink that is shown in the picture. I'm very exited about what I ordered and would order from them again if I ever want to put my personal touch on something. I wanted to add my positive experience because I feel like people rarely go out of their way to report positive experiences, only bad ones. All and all I have no reason not to give 5 stars.
I ordered a holiday mat and when it arrived last week, it was full of red dye blotches all over the mat and on the white lettering. When I wrote their customer service department, and requested a replacement, I received a reply two days later, telling me this mat comes out like this in manufacturing, and there will be no refund nor replacement given. Now I am stuck with a mat that that will go in the trash because it looks so horrible and would be embarrassing to put down for guests! Do not order from this company if you want good customer service. Not happening! I now know this is the way they operate from reading numerous reviews on independent review websites.
Because there is no proof you do not see what the napkins will look until they arrive. My Santa with dancing reindeer was horrible completely unrecognizable. Also they were crinkled around the edges as if they had got damp. I called customer service as soon as I opened them. They asked me to send photos which I did and some days later they emailed me to say they can't see anything wrong with them and despite several phone calls they refuse to give me a refund. I reviewed the product on their website but they did not publish it which is probably why they only have good reviews on their site! I would never order from them again.
I placed my order on 12/8 and they told me it was shipped on 12/10 which I thought was super fast for a personalized ornament. But it has sat at the Glendale Heights facility since then and USPS is still awaiting the package? (It's 12/18!) Something is not right here. Left emails and there was no response, customer service not taking calls. Won't use this company again!

Ordered two yoga mats (one for my self, another as a gift) and they both smell so terrible that after a week of airing it out - i cant even stand next to it. Tried contacting customer service - their response was "sorry you feel that way" and they hung up. STAY AWAY from this terrible business. If I could give it less than one star - i would!
My sister was turning 50 years old on November 10 so I had a card to go to her home 1400 Mike's from me.
Today is November 9,2020 she will be 50 years old tomorrow November 10th 2020.
Course I called the company and told him my complaint and they could really care less in the woman hung up on me. Never again do I suggest anyone to use this company she didn't even try to make it right never mind the card is a 50-year-old birthday card dated from 1970 to 2019 my sister is turning 50 not 49.
It was a card nothing specially guess of cheap quality for the price I paid. It's whatever at this point but I would never ever suggest this company to anybody under any circumstance
We cannot provide the information for 2020 as the year is not yet over. We will not have those figures until March of next year. It does state on the product page which year is used for comparison. There is nothing we could have done to fix this because it simply is not possible.
I gave been ordering from them for at least 15 years. Baby gifts, wedding gifts, anniversary etc. Whenever I need something different. I love everything I purchased- ice bucket, towel, coasters, frames, ornaments etc. one time an ornament was broken and they resent with express shipping. I think many of these poor reviews are because of shipping issues due to COVID. The quality of the product is very high and things have always been carefully wrapped. I think they are cheaper then comparable sights.
I ordered a personalized photo frame for my sons Godparents for Christmas and I received an email saying it shipped, however the carrier doesn't have the package yet. I tried to call personalization mall but they have a message saying they're experiencing longer than normal wait times and to call back. Umm, really? No, I'm the customer, pick up the phone. I emailed them and am waiting on a response. This company merely creates a shipping label and says the item shipped. Guess what, the item doesn't "ship" until the courier has the item, and guess what FedEx doesn't have. That's right, my order. I'm so upset. I get Christmas delays but you can't blame your carriers being delayed when they don't have a product to ship in the first place. This is why people shop on Amazon. Zero hassle. I will never do business with personalization mall again.

Ordered a Christmas stocking for my grandson for $14, shipping costs were $13. Item shipped Dec 4 and every day UPS delays the order. PM web site states item will arrive in 3-5 days. Its Dec 14th and the item still has not arrived. I am so disappointed with Personalization Mall for charging an outrageous fee when the item may have arrived quicker and cheaper using the post office.
I do not recommend this company and will never use again.

I should have looked at review before ordering from personalization.com. I ordered Halloween shirts for my granddaughters. The personalization washed out the first time the shirts were put into a washing machine. What a waste of money! Their only refund was a credit on another purchase. The only reason the company did not receive 0 stars is because they were prompt in responding to me.
Ordered three family tree wood ornaments on 11/04/21. Christmas has come and gone and still not received. Impossible to contact. I waited 40 minutes to speak with customer service. Finally gave up. I will refer to my bank for charge back.
