LIARS AND UNCARING! DON'T BUY!

I don't recommend ANYTHING about personalization mall. I purchased the Passport Membership and all I have to say is DON'T DO IT! It's NOT worth the $30 you're spending because they do NOT follow through on their guaranteed shipping that you get with the membership and they definitely do NOT care that they don't get your packages to you on time or at all for that matter. I ordered a couple of things (placed on June 10th) to send to my Grandfather for Father's Day (June 18,2023). Because I had the Passport Membership my order was GUARANTEED by personalization mall to be delivered ON OR BEFORE June 17,2023. In the afternoon on the 17th I found out that my order hadn't been delivered as of yet and wasn't expected to be delivered until the 20th, so I contacted them through their chat asking about it and they told me that it had until the end of the day to be delivered so they wouldn't do anything about it until after the 17th had passed even though it said the 20th (Mind you they actually knew it was NEVER going to be delivered, but more on that in a minute). So on the 19th, I contacted them again because it STILL hadn't been delivered and now Father's Day had come and gone and I had to gift him something else. I contacted them again and expressed how unhappy I was about it and requested a refund. The woman REFUSED to refund my money until I told her that I would put out a review about my experience. Then she changed her tune and offered to refund 20% of my order and $10 for shipping costs (my Passport Membership) because it was still saying it would be delivered on the 20th. (Again, little did I know that they KNEW it wasn't going to be delivered!) Now today, June 21st, it still hadn't been delivered and I decided to contact them again. I expressed how upset I was over the whole thing and the person I spoke to tracked my package and sent me a picture of the information that showed that the package had been damaged and was being sent back to them. That update was from June 14th at 3:30pm! Now I was livid because I now knew that the last 2 times I contacted them and they asked for my order number that they KNEW my order was NEVER coming, and yet still gave me a difficult time about getting a refund and only refunded part of it! I immediately requested a full refund and the woman tried to claim I had to call the number multiple times before she finally issued the refund. However, I was no longer being refunded for shipping costs, she added that $10 into the refund for my order and so refunded me less. I told her that, that was unacceptable and that she could refund the $10 that was agreed upon for shipping to the order where I paid for my Passport Membership. She refused and told me I was fully refunded for my order and then ended the chat! So I'm beyond furious, I will NEVER shop here again, and I will be posting this review EVERYWHERE I can so that everyone knows how horrible they really are!

Poor Customer Service and Even Worse Delivery Delays

My order shipped on 12/4/20 and the company used Pitney Bowes as the carrier. Based on my experiences with other merchants shipping with this carrier, they are the worse. They do not provide timely tracking updates. The last update is 12/9/20 when the pkg. Was inducted into the Pitney Bowes network in Atlanta. No further updates. I cannot even speak to someone at Personalizationmall.com as the phone message keeps repeating they are busy helping other customers and to try later or send an email. That is not helpful customer service. I have emailed, but will likely not receive a reply. I just submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint against Pitney Bowes.

Like everyone else, I would like to receive the gifts I ordered before Christmas. Even during the holiday rush and a pandemic, I have not experienced any such delays from UPS and FedEx. They actually provide timely tracking updates, too. I am seeking a refund of my purchase price since my package is likely lost in the Pitney Bowes network. So disappointed in the service at Personalizationmall.com.

Horrible customer service

I placed my order on 11-5-19. The items I ordered, 2 memorial canvases, had a 1-2 day turnaround time. Later that day, I place another order for a wooden plank with a 1-2 day turnaround time. 2 days later, I placed another order for another memorial canvas. The wooden plank shipped out within the 2 day turnaround time, as did the second order for the memorial canvas. However, the 1st order I place for the 2 canvases hadn't shipped. I contacted customer service who acknowledged they received my email, but didn't answer my question on when my order was actually going to ship. 6 days after I placed my order, I opened a dispute with PayPal asking the company to please cancel my order and refund. The day AFTER I opened my dispute, they shipped my order. A few hrs after recieving my shipment confirmation, I see another email from the comany. It was from a lady named Kay who claimed, I filed a chargeback with my credit card company and that if I didn't contact her or another lady named Sharon, they would open a fraud investigation with my local police department. First off, there was no "chargeback". If anything PayPal may have placed a "hold" on the payment until the issue/dispute was resolved. Secondly, no one ever reported my charges as "fraud". Thirdly, I could've have kept my dispute open and rejected the package when it arrived and still be within my legal rights. However, I'm not a problem customer or thief, so as soon as I saw my package had been shipped, I happily contacted PayPal to let them know. Anyways, I received my package of the wooden plank today and when I went to the company's page to leave a review, they now have my account locked and it all it shows is, "Federal WARNING!
You have been identified as a criminal attempting to commit the Felony of credit card fraud. We have already notified the FBI, Secret Service and the (local) police department.
These agencies will not only be investigating you at current ip address of: (ip address listed here) but more importantly the investigation will focus on the occupants at (home address listed here)." All of this because I opened a dispute with PayPal. So, all and all, the company has their money and they make threats with no legal leg to stand on. If the company doesn't like being held accountable for their actions, poor quality, etc., they may not want to offer PayPal who offers buyers protection. With all that said, the wooden plank I received was actually pretty nice and I have no complaints there. I will update here once I receive the canvases, as I can't leave a review on their website. I, however, will never do business with them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone because their lack of professionalism. Etsy and Things Remembered are 2 places who offer similar items with GREAT customer service.

This business should be Shutdown!

I ordered custom guitar picks from them last august. I received the guitar picks in september. Then i notice there's a big white block around the logo. Which did not show up in the "proof" i was sent. So i call them up to find out what i can do about it. Instantly the customer service lady blamed the incident on me. Of cource as a customer thats already dissatisfied with the product this will make you angry. I told her the white block was not in the proof i was given. She continued to blame me only infuriating me more. Once i got loud (now pissed off) she hung up on me. So i call back with intent of only speaking to a supervisor. Same lady picked up. She refused to put a superviser on the phone. Turned into a fight. I reported the incident to BBB (better business)... they offered a solution through them. They said "send a picture of the picks via email and we will move foward with a refund". So i sent the pictures. I waited a week for a responce or refund. Only to find out my case was closed through BBB (since i excepted their solution) But no refund! I now had to reopen my BBB case against them and 2 months later still no action. Hopefully this time i get my money back. But who knows with these people. With the quality of their products and the way they treat customers they definitly should be shutdown by BBB or whoever can make that happen. Never know maybe my case will be the one that makes that happen. I can only hope. But nobody should purchase anything from them bottom line. Yea the site looks nice. But you dont get what you think youre getting and then they blame the customer. I was robbed in my opinion. I didnt put an overall rating. This site forced me to give them a star rating to post this but in reality they get zero stars!
