Recently took my new car (2021) to them for an oil change and alignment. I bought it there so I took it there. Long story short 2 1/2 hours later they told me I had damage to my back end and they could not do the alignment. They advised me to go through my insurance and so I did. My father-in-law had hit a pothole so we believed there could be damage. After speaking to our insurance company we went to another Ford dealer who had quoted us a better price than the $5,000 that Franklin Ford had quoted us. Today the other dealer called and asked why we thought it was damaged. We told them that Franklin Ford had told us it was. Needless to say they said there was no damage! They had 3 different mechanics look at it and they could not find anything wrong with it. I felt seriously taken advantage of. So I turned around and custom ordered a 2022 van from this dealer as a thank you. I did not have to put any money down. Franklin Ford had told me I would have to put $2,000-$3,000 down before they would even consider ordering one for me. Sad, but I will make sure I let anyone I care about know what happened to us. I guess a few others as well...
