What does 100%satisfaction mean. ?? I recieved a doll that was a brunette hair and brown eyes. I did not think it looked so dark skinned on the website.but when I got it, it looked more like a Indian doll than a caucasion doll .If I woild have known it would look like this I would have ordered the blonde one. Since it states 100%satisfation garranteed, Just what does that mean since I'm not at all satisfied????

They won't fix it. I called customer service and they pretty much said to bad. Also they may make you a new one but charge you 50% and the shipping charge.
