Their website looks nice but their quality is trash! Don't trust your precious memories to them. Just awful

I ordered personalized golf balls. The letters that personalized the golf balls were so small that I would need superman eye sight to see it. When i contacted the company, I was asked to email a picture. The response I got was that the Item was made to specifications. I was offered a 20% discount on my next order. NO THANKS

According to their website, "no" and good luck trying to get a hold of someone in their Customer Service Department.

I'm not happy a duplicate was made I don't know what to do
