I ordered cake balls for my daughter-in-law's birthday - Every time I checked the order status it said in process - according to their website - meant the seller had my order and was processing - the item was not customized in any way. I ordered 11/8 - on 11/15 after being in process for days - I emailed the company asking when the order would ship and received no response - there was no phone number to contact them and no response to my e-mailed query - my daughter-in-laws birthday present from me was ruined. It is Nov 17th and the order still says in process.
My 3-tone ring came to me in silver only. The inside outside crystal hoop earrings didnt have crystals completely around the inside and outside of the hoops as picture led me to believe. I found the exact same bracelet I was thinking about buying for $18 PLUS s/h at another store for $4 W/O s/h. I liked what I bought but probably wont look at this site again for my purchases.

Opensky sent letter with tracking number on my account it states item has been delivered. In check-in item was delivered to someone in Myrtle Beach S. C. I just happen to live in MICHIGAN. These delivery companies deliver millions of items, a day but only items, from your portal Companies get delayed lost or vanish. I know these are not your companies but you placed your branding as the face of this companies as such you are the one we interchange with,, its your obligation to correct these matters as these companies go down so will you. I have several bracelets of this style and most only have a charm and a stone, but these have more charms, nice size and detail is very good. One has my name on the back and since my name is not common, especially the spell, it feels really special. Im thinking of ordering a couple more as gifts.

I bought 3 bracelets described as leather straps with Swarovsky elements. I wondered what "elements" meant. I now know - dull crystals. I bought the same or similar looking bracelet in a Swarovsky store and the crystals sparkle all over the place. I won't return because my daughters like them or are being too polite since I gave them as gifts. Disappointed and won't purchase anything else due to poor quality of these bracelets.

I ordered a set of full deep-pocket sheets. Loved them. So I ordered another set in a different color. The 2nd set did NOT have deep pockets and so didn't fit my bed. When I called to report the mistake I was told, sorry, that company doesn't accept returns. Too bad, sorry you are out your money. I'll never make THAT mistake again.

I ordered a fitness tracker on December 2. The last tracking information was on December 7. Email sent to open sky. I was told that they contacted the merchant and they were waiting to hear from them. They sarcastically thanked me for my patience. I have ordered 2 other items that arrived in a timely fashion. I ordered an item from OpenSky a couple of weeks ago. I received it quickly, however, it was not the item I ordered. I have now contacted them FIVE times. It took them 6 days to respond, and zero progress has been made. I assume it will be another 5-6 days for them to respond again, so at this rate, it probably won't get resolved for a few more weeks (if ever). The item was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my mom.

After one week of nothing, my order was still "pending" I wrote to them twice and finally got a message that my order was cancelled. Now I have to go to another company to order the same product and wait another week or more. They totally just wasted my time. Use a reputable website, even if it costs a few more bucks.

How is this company still in business? Everything I order never comes. Always a hassle to deal with and customer service they just make empty promises. I blocked them from my e-mail because honestly they do not know how to operate a business successfully. They oversell items but is not mark sold out. They charge you then within a week I get an e-mail that its not available. Out of many items ordered over time I managed to get one! I do not know how they haven't gone under with this service..
The item was slow in coming: It took two weeks after notice of shipping to reach me. When I received it I tried to wear it, but one of the tabs (for the roll-up sleeve) did not have the required buttonhole. Very disappointed in communication, delivery and quality.

Though I have had success with some vendors on this site, I was really taken by another one. I bought a bag was the worse quality. One other sites, it was $32 but twice that much on Open Sky. The plastic on the straps was the quality of a child's toy purse, shiny and thin. There seems to be no vetting of the vendors.

I ordered two LG Pro Wireless Headsets that I orde re d because they said I had a $75 credit. The credit had no way to be used. I found a 20%off coupon, that worked. It still cost me $25 more than it would have on amazon and I have no headsets after 7 days of waiting. They said 4 to 5 business days. Had I used amazon it would have been 2 days. I'll never use them again.
