Both of my orders came postage due. The first one was less than a dollar. Today it was $4.93. Their customer service is the worst I have experienced and I order online daily. If there was a zero I would give it to them.

Tried to make two attempts ordering. Both attempts resulted in order pending email then my account gets locked out and told to contact Customer Service. Its been a week with no reply.

Open Sky had an offer of free earrings that were never delivered. After 2 months of haggling they say I placed my order too late. A month ago they said the earrings were on their way. I'm on my way to small claims court.

I recently purchased sheets from OpenSky that I was not happy with and did not want to keep. I had not removed them from the package as the color was also not what I expected. I asked to return them. My request was approved. However, upon receiving the refund I found they deducted two thirds of my purchase price in shipping and handling fees. So I thought I was purchasing high quality sheets for $40 but was left paying $26 for nothing. These fees are RIDICULOUS and unprecedented. How could anyone feel confident purchasing unseen items if they cannot return without paying steep penalties. Worse, is the amount that was to be deducted wasn't even specified; I never expected such an outrageous fee so I felt tricked. Just one more unpleasant surprise at the end of an unsatisfactory experience.

OpenSky online retailer is so disappointing and fraudulent. They claim you have "free credit" to use after you make a purchase which in reality is being deducted from your bank account without your consent.
The original item I paid for and found on this site was never delivered. But all the "free " items which I had to to pay for was NEVER delivered. You have to pay absurd amount in shipping fees to send the items back, the worst part is on top of that they CHARGE you a fee over $8.50 plus to return the "free item". How do business like this still exist? I feel beyond violated and taken advantage of. It's annerving the USA supports such fraudulent business ethics.

I purchased 10 solar lights in Aug and Sept of 2016 costing approximately $11. Piece. In June, I saw that one wasnt working. My husband took it down and found that water had corroded the inside. I tried to call Open sky and found you can only contact them through e-mail. That was a red flag. When I did contact them, I was told I only had 14 days to return it. How would I know in 14 days that a solar light is defective. Last summer we were in a drought here in SW Florida, and it didnt start to rain hard until this May which is when the defective seal became apparent. I would never deal with this company again; obviously, they are not concerned with retaining customers. They just want to sell as much of their shoddy merchandise as they can. Id give then no stars if I could. I now see that I could have purchased these same light for considerable less from a company that sells on ebay.
Easy to order, was able to contact a real person when I had a question. The items arrived quickly. I received emails with updated tracking information. I felt very informed from the first email saying it shipped to the last email showing it delivered by my postman. I will definitely be ordering from OpenSky again.
I thought when I ordered this wireless headset that I could leave my phone on the treadmill and go to different areas of the gym. But when I moved just a few feet away, there was static and disconnect. And to return the item would have cost over half the price I paid for them.

I ordered a canvas bag from one of Open Sky's retailer. First off, it looked a little different than the picture or as advertised. Second, the 2 zippers and a carrying strap broke off within under 2 weeks. It was a piece of crap, and I wish I had my $55 bucks back. Caveat Emptor!

I ordered a blouse from Open Sky. The product was extremely poorly made - so poorly made in fact, that I would never wear the garment in the privacy of my own home - let alone in public. Unfortunately, it was a "final sale" product, which I did not notice when ordering. Vista Shops was the merchant. I returned the product and never got a refund or credit. I would rather lose the $23.00 that I spent than order from Open Sky again, and that's just what I did.

I bought many things through OpenSky for the holidays. The Star Master Night Light is a good deal, but it is cheaply made and fell apart the second night. I ordered a clip-on solar phone charger, but it came in the wrong color even though the purchase order that came with the shipment said the correct color. Two other items were delayed and came after Christmas even though they were ordered in a timely manner. The last straw came after I ordered the Finders Keeps Anti-Alarm Tracker for a friend's birthday in blue; thirty-two days later it arrived in black! I am completely disappointed with this company; I will not order from them again. I must say that some of the products ordered were a great bargain and I am happy with those items; however, it does not outweigh the problems listed above.

They feature misleading information on their Dia Noche site & won't have the company amend it. I thought I ordered a duvet & sham set which was featured in bold letters. I only received the duvet because the smaller print said "duvet only 88 x 88. It seemed like they were referring to the size but they really meant the price was for only the duvet. If I want the shams I have to pay more for them plus extra shipping charges. This is a bit of a scam to get more money.

I've been to get a refund. I sent the items back since May 3rd. They said someone would contact me within 48 hours. No one has got in touch with yet. Just of advertising junk mail. It cost me$12 dollars to send the package back. I just want a full refund

I purchased a stripped top in extra large. I was unaware that it would come from China. When it arrived, it smelled strongly of Chemicals. It is also more like a size 4 (small) then an extra large.
There was no documentation with it, so nowhere to send it back to.
I will throw it out and will never purchase from this site again.

I bought the original coconut rollers to them try out. They disappeared in no time. My daughter who never snacks, ate a packet in one sitting. So I bought more. I bought the cinnamon as well (so good too), bigger packets, more packets and now we wouldn't be without any of them. Such an incredible HEALTHY snack. I can't imagine anyone not loving these.

Me and my wife purchased an umbrella for Pool from open sky. Upon receiving our delivery we only received the umbrella and the base was left out however when we But the umbrella it said it came with a base and everything after spending over $390 on an umbrella for our pool were left without a bass we've tried to contact them several times me personally five my wife four times. And to no avail we still have not received an email back or even a phone call. God knows if we're going to get a base to a huge umbrella that we can't even use. So disappointingI guess I should've looked at the reviews of this place before actually purchasing something that expensive.

I purchased 3 garments. All 3 were oddly sized. For example, on one shirt that was supposed to be an oversized big shirt, fit fine in the arms, but the body of the shirt was cut so small I couldn't even get it on. Another "poncho" type top was fine through the body but the wrist openings were made for a 6 year old. So when I went to return the order, it was somewhat confusing--and they are going to charge me to return these defective items. I have emailed about that, but I'm not optimistic. I wish I'd checked these folks out a little better before purchasing from them. I'll never do it again, that's for sure.
