I was really excited to get this shirt since I just got engaged. I have a very large chest, so I ordered up a full size bigger than I would normally get. The shirt doesn't fit at all. I'm very upset with the purchase and feel like I completely wasted my money. :(
I once again tried via email, since they don't have telephone communication, to contact them regarding the issues I am having. It's takes forever for them to get back to you and then still don't help. This is the worst shopping site I have ever done business with. They need to be stopped.

I placed two substantial orders 2+ weeks ago. Opensky claims my orders are complete in one area of their site but shipped in another. Opensky says I should receive by July 13th, 4 days ago. The Fed ex tracking numbers say it's pending. Shipment information received, but shipment not yet received. There is no phone number. I have messages "customer support" 3 times this week. No response. Is this a scam?

This was my first order from OpenSky and I got several pieces of jewelry. The prices were fantastic and when I received the items was very happy to see they are all really good quality. Some sites pictures nice items and when your receive the time it is inferior quality. That is not the case with OpenSky. I will definitely be ordering from them again and again.
Thanks to those who wrote reviews. I had an experience similar to one of the reviewers. Saw a bag I liked at around $44.00. After browsing on the website I was asked if I wanted to be on the email list for special offers, etc. After "joining" the price of the bag went up ten dollars. That was the first clue to stay away. Apparently the company needs to clean up their act.
I'm so disappointed I bought the Infinity necklace it came with two and the disk I paid like 65.00 and just saw it for 23.00 I feel

Drawn in with a $45 in free dollars only to find out in check out that it was conditional and proportional to the amount I spent. Bought the LED lamp with 6 USB ports for around $47 with my discount. Found the lamp to be much smaller than I expected and can't believe it's normal retail price is $129. Felt like it was okay at a $25 price for this lamp.
The first few items I ordered were good but soon after the quality and fit went down hill fast. I mainly order women's tops. I ended sending back the last three I bought and won't be buying anything else from OpenSky.
Ordered pre seasoned cast iron skillet 8. 15. 16. Received shipping confirmation which was not verifiable by the shipper, USPS. No delivery. Contacted Opensky on 8. 23. 16 who on 8.27 claimed the item was reshipped but there was "no movement after shipment". On 8.29 received shipping info with UPS on some app "ups-mi" which merely says shipping info received. No shipment. Contacted Open sky on 9. 1. 16 and reply says they will respond within 3-5 business days. Open sky app shows my order of 8. 15. 26 as "completed". This seems to be a fraud. Buyer beware!
I ordered a Silver Sparrow Bird and Olive Branch Bracelet almost two weeks ago and still have not received it. What's worse is I've contacted customer service three times with absolutely no reply back. It's too bad too because they have very nice products, but after this horrible experience I will not be re-ordering from them.

I placed an order on Dec. 17. Was informed it shipped on Dec. 21. As of Jan. 5, I am still waiting. Their tracking number shows it in Texas on Dec. 21 and that's it. And their customer service got back to me today saying it can take up to 7 more days before they will even get back to me to let me know what's going on. But they sure charged my credit card within 24 hours of me placing the order.
Their return policy says you have 14 days from the date when you placed the order to return an item, so even if I don't like it (should I ever actually get my order), it's way too late for me to return it. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Will tell anyone I can to stay away from them.

I ordered LED floodlights 1/30/17 with a 4 business day delivery. I gave it an extra 4 days because of weather delays. I contacted Opensky via online chat and was told they would check with the merchant. Things happen and I get that, but any other vendor this has happened with before resent the item(s) expedited in 1-2 business days to 'make it right'. The rep then said they would get back to me within a week. A Week? To call a merchant? Filed a dispute with my credit card company especially since it is now the 19th of February. I agree with other reviews warning not to buy from OpenSky

I made the mistake of ordering one item from Open Sky about a month ago - never again! I didn't like the item and the return process is ridiculously cumbersome. Do not purchase from this company! They are only too happy to take your money immediately, but the return is another matter. They charge you excessive fees to return an item and have not yet given me any refund (I sent the item to them via USPS, as instructed, 10 days ago and have heard nothing since. I know that the item arrived at their location 6 days ago, as I have the tracking information from USPS).
In addition, you cannot contact them via phone. Their "contact us" link does not list a phone #. I finally weaseled it out of one of their Customer Support reps via Live Chat. When I made the call, I hung up after waiting for 20 minutes for someone to answer - no luck!
I will never order from this company again!

OpenSky service was extremely efficient with quick delivery. The order was delivered with in 4 days using standard delivery. The cell phone wallet is made of high quality of leather. Your cell phone easily snaps securely into place. The left side has slots for your drivers license & credit cards.
Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. Same problem as everyone else, no order has shown up and NO ONE answers the listed customer service line, just perpetual hold music. I will be having my CC company dispute and reverse the charges and then considering legal action

Love the products I received, but I think having to pay double shipping charges when you order 2 items from the same vendor within the same order is not fair to your customers. I ordered 2 personalized carving boards & had to pay $9.95 each for shipping, yet they came in 2 separate boxes taped together with one shipping label.

Received defective item.
There is no port to insert the charger into.
There's just an empty hole with no connector.
No way to charge it.
It is defective and useless.
I think this was previously returned by another customer and should not have been resold to me.
They sent me a prepaid return label and I sent the item back to them.
I got a refund, but the ordeal was onerous. They should never have sold the obviously defective item,. Which evidently was the very last one in their inventory, because they removed the item from their site. It was the last one and it was obviously defective but they tried to pawn it off on me. They just wanted to take advantage of a customer for a lousy $25 sale.
Seriously, I really resent people trying to take advantage of me.
They don't like this review and are willing to pay me more if I remove this review.

Tried to call and just get recordings trying to get me to buy more stuff. Am reporting to the attorney General for fraud. I was sent an email telling me that it was being shipped via USPS (USPS never received it).
This is the worse site I have ever used. I can never get my order on time, always a shipping problem. I ordered a shirt for a Christmas Party and now I am told it has been delayed. I will never use Opensky again.
