Wish I had done my homework and checked out this retailer before ordering. My item arrived missing a charger. Multiple emails and all I get is an auto-response that they are swamped but will get to me. That's lousy customer service. Clearly I can kiss my $$ goodbye. The "deals" aren't worth it when the merchandise is of such poor quality.
*** 2/9/16 Update: Only after I posted a negative review did OpenSky respond to my plight. I received a charger for the shower speaker in the mail 2 weeks later. Although, they never contacted me directly to communicate.
This was the worst online shopping experience I have had, after taking 6 weeks for my things to get here, they were nothing like the description, the bag I ordered was supposed to have a " free matching wallet" which wasn't there, the battery stand doesn't work. I'm sure my other 3 items I had shipped to my sister will be junk also. Wasted $200 total on crap. Will never buy from them, wish you could give a zero star. J. C.
I ordered 2 shirts. The delivery was promised over 10 days ago. DHL who ships for them sent them a package slip and open sky never replied. I cant reach anyone at open sky and they wont reply to my email. This company is a SCAM stay away from them. Im out $ 80. Ive called better business bureau and they have an F rateing.

I'm a merchant and I get even worse customer service than people buying from this site.
They take 20% commission + 3% credit card fee. From month to months it gets worse and worse. Now they only "promote" on first page and emails only merchants who pay for it. It used to be $500/month, today I hear the minimum is $2500/month. They also added $39/month fee for listings and gave me less than 24hr notice about it. If I won't pay immediately they will deactivate all my listings that I put a lot of time and effort to put up there. Just huge disapointment and it's getting worse and worse.
Chris Towle-my account manager is the worst. Does not deliver what he promises time and time again and keep telling me his personal issues that I don't care for. Not professional whatsoever.

I ordered two items. They came very late, it took around 8 weeks. When they came they were so cheap I would not keep them (a shirt and some under-counter lights). I returned them per their instructions. I was never reimbursed for these purchases. I tried calling 3 times and they gave me a runaround and never followed through on promises for reimbursement.

Placed an order for an item for my granddaughter's birthday... Description states that item will get to me in 10 days... (Of course after a 4 day processing wait) It's day 22 and nothing has arrived, still no response to my email inquiry and no confirmation of shipment. Wtff! Where's my order? You want my money on the spot but can't deliver my item when you say you will! This site is a joke! They do not hesitate to take your money but completely fail in customer services and product/shipment/delivery! My advice... Don't! Just don't! No matter how great the deal seems, reconsider paying that extra $$$ to receive satisfactory customer services, with an actual person, with the 1-800 option to contact support. And lest I forget timely product shipment/delivery.

After taking over 3 weeks to ship-they shipped my order to wrong address. Asked them to reship item - they said no - only thing they can do is try & get item back from where it was shipped. Like that's gonna happen! Sure enough - they can't get back & said I would get a refund - we'll see if I ever get it! Bad business

When I received my three pairs of earrings, every pair I could not open. The little wire was stuck in the closure so tight that I broke two nails trying to open the earrings just to try on. They were not the quality that I thought they would be. I tried to pry them open but only to make them so wide that I cant even wear them now. What a waste of money. Would not recommend these to anybody. Nah go on social media to express my dislike. Sorry. Jan

Waste of money! This is not a ligitimate business site. The clothing is not like what is pictured. Measurements dont go by normal sizes even when you order according to what is posted in small letters below it says allow for 3-4 inch difference in sizes. Huh? The quality is very poor and shipping takes forever. Customer service only sends emails that dont make sense for what you asked. Products come from China with zero quality control. Buyer BEWARE! Dont purchase anything!

The items on the OpenSky website are very interesting and different. HOWEVER, there are three main issues with it: 1) The shipping charges are outrageous. I bought 14 items and had to pay over 30% in shipping charges. When I tried to speak with someone about it (through the online chat, emails (never answered!), and on the phone, I was given the same response, as though it were being read from a script. 2) The items arrived in a timely manner, but they were so much smaller than I was led to believe by the description online. 3) Returning the items is not worth it because of the $7.95 restocking fee. It was a very disappointing experience - one which I will not repeat.
I will NEVER, NEVER order from this site again. Ordered merchandise a month ago, still no merchandise, but the card has been charged and the billed paid. Two requests for answers, nothing... nada... not even a "kiss my $#*!" response. Have not answered any emails, can't contact anyone... calling the BBB on these folks... Don't order from them, horrible experience.

First order went GREAT. No clue how their "discounts" work. Chasing my tail on that. Tried to enlist support for that, and it never went anyway. Then the second order--NIGHTMARE. Took forward. Pieces came, others didn't. Things were canceled. They clearly do NOT have a ordering system that authorizes everything at once. And the online support is VERY different than the phone support. Good luck finding the phone, but if you do (and I did once) it was answered by someone here in the US. The email support is slow and definitely zero help, attended to by people not fluent in English.

Unfortunately, it has not gone well so far. Ordered 3 items received 1 so far. The item I did receive was not as described. I wear a size 5 (US) so I figured I would order a size larger (6) just to be on the safe side. It turned out to be closer to a size 4. My other 2 rings have been delayed; side-tracked or whatever & I am still waiting to receive them.

I placed an order for the Podium Style Folding Gadget Stand back on 12/11... still don't have it... says it shipped 12/14 from Coppell Texas... next shipping info states in transit as of 12/17... STILL don't have it... contacted Open Sky directly (horrible customer service... rep was CHEWING FOOD in my ear... yuck!... actually told him to stop chewing in my ear)... their rep doesn't give a crap... canned answers and canned emails... OK, I take it back. Once you figure out how to reach someone, these seem to be good people. One of their vendors (only, and I dealt with 3) really messed me over. I did a bit of research and found the corporate offices. A bit of finagling and I found the president's email addy and sent him a very hot note. In less than two hours, they got back to me, processed a refund and let me know. And if the package ever does show up, it's mine for all the frustration. They may be hidden behind a lot of doors, but they are reachable. While not getting what I wanted for my daughter (and having to go out shopping AGAIN) is a bummer, at least my blood pressure has come down though I still have to stop crying about all this. They deal with a lot of vendors and can't be responsible for one of them messing up.
Want to give a zero but it appears you have to give some sort of number. First and last time ordering from here. Ordered a handheld video game for my son over a month ago and still have not received it. Emailed them cause of course there is no phone number and they say they will ship another and get this. Give me a 5 dollar credit. Like I would order from here again. Well it's been two weeks since that email and still no item or tracking number to at least prove they sent another. Will be callingamerican express to dispute this charge. Don't order from these people. Especially since they don't have a contact number to speak with someone. They suck.

Here is the deal with Open Sky... 2 week shipping. I ordered an item, a Atmos Vape Pen for $20 bucks, sound great, right? They retail for $59 on Amazon. I ordered on 8/1/14 a shipping label "was created on August 6th" and that is all the tracking info they have using the USPS website. I'm still waiting, and it's 8/11/14 - no order, no tracking. Open Sky, if you want to stay in business, you better fix this because I buy from Amazon and I don't put up with bait and switch nonsense - you should say "we sell stuff cheaper because it takes the slow boat from China to deliver it to you."
Its' all cheap Chinese imported stuff marked way up. You can buy the same exact items on AliExpress, DHGate or eBay for 1/10th of the price. Do not sell on here either! They do not care about their seller and are now charging a monthly fee plus 15% commission on everything! Stick to selling on Amazon or eBay!
