Awful company. I will never shop from their site again. Didn't receive my order. I have sent so many emails and they have all fallen on deaf ears. Customer service is terrible. In fact the worse of its kind. Do yourself a favour and do not shop on this site. All they are interested in, is your money, not customer satisfaction.
I ordered sheets and received a package with a King sized flat sheet and pillow cases, the fitted sheet was for a twin sized bed. The return process has been painful at best. It took 4 emails to get a return label and each time I had to explain the problem with the sheets. This would have been okay, except I emailed the same person each time. Personally, I would rather pay a little more for products and deal with a company that makes returns easier.

My wedding band was silver with turquoise insets and much of the turquoise had fallen out. I really missed and finally googled to see how I might replace it. I was delighted to find the perfect ring on Open Sky at a price that was more than reasonable! Additionally, it reached me very promptly. The service by Open Sky was outstanding.
I ordered the Euro-bag. I liked the pictures on my computer but sometimes I have been disappointed in a order when it came. However, when my bag arrived from Open Sky, I was very happy with my purchase. It is very well made with double stitching and good strong fabric, a very nice lining and plenty of pockets for every need.
Merchandise was defective--missing buttons on button up socks. The vender was vista shops. Multiple requests for a return label and a refund were completely ignored. Automated responses said would respond in 4 to 5 days but they never did. This site is a FRAUD-don't even think about it.
Terrific Product: There were ten choices in this package of Dove antiperspirant and they are all good to my sense of smell. So far, I've used only one, and it dried quickly and did not get on my clothes. It does last for a very long time; even trimming evergreen bushes in 90 degree heat. I highly recommend.

Chrged right away, shipping info came a couple days later but it took weeks to be delivered with totally different junk items - tiny bbq clip light size of your finger- which looks like a garbage in a broken little paper boxes shipped in a thin plastic shipping bag with no padding from China. Most hideous package ever. I shipped them pack last week. I'll see what they would do. I had to get a box and tape and traveled to ups. So they better refund right away. Be aware of this website.

I ordered two mid calf summer dresses. They are extremely thin, t shirt material, practically see through. The sleeves aren't even separate pieces of material. I paid $49.99 for each dress, and they're probably worth$5.00. I shall never order from OpenSky again.

This is some kind of scam operation. Clothing is made all over the place-probably from people working at home or who knows under what conditions. Fabric quality is cheap, cheap, cheap. No info in the pkg when it arrives. Tells you to go to some website if there is 'any question'. I figured 30 days for a return. When I began searching I find Open Skye has 14 day return policy. RIDICULOUS. Also I had to hunt for the information. Bad quality/messages that keep telling you you have "credits" that are running out & the cost of the product is way higher than they advertise! I gave this site a second chance after a poor experience, but apparently it was not a one time screw up. First issue was a fitness watch purchase & it broke quickly. Could never find a phone number or get any email response on my inquiry about warranty or exchanges.
This time I bought a matching set of earrings for me & my sister (sentimental gifts honoring a loved one that has passed) & they were mailed to my former address in a totally different state despite correcting the shipping info at checkout. The only response I've received is they will not change the address, ship to the correct address or issue a refund- sorry about your luck, not our problem. Do not buy from these thieves. They should be shut down for business!

I placed my order on 12/3 and still no arrival of my items on 12/22. I had a heck of a time locating their phone number so I contacted them multiple times via their website. The only responses I received were automated messages stating someone would get back to me in 3 business days. Never once did I receive a personal phone call or email for a customer service rep from their company. I had a tracking number and the package must have gotten lost which is what I explained to them and you can clearly see by looking it up on UPS. When I finally reached a human, they lacked professionalism and customer service. So basically he said I'll just refund your money. I will get it in 3-5 days. That's awesome except that I was counting on this item as a Christmas gift for somebody. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I certainly will never do business with them again. Frustrating!

In mid-December I ordered a variety of items from OpemSky. I promptly received only one (bluetooth headset). The others never arrived. Even after I complained it still took almost two weeks for the items to arrive in mid-January, The items totally missed the entire Christmas season they were purchased for. Now it turns out that one of the items, a solar-powered cell phone charger does not even seem to work.
Also I believe your sales practices advertising bonus dollars and huge percentages off are severely undermined by your apparent use of sub-contractors who do or don't seem to apply discounts consistently. This borders on being misleading at worst, or overly confusing and opaque at best.

Of several things I ordered at once, for gifts for up coming birthdays and events, one came utterly mis-sized. I asked for an exchange, and while the merchant agreed to send me the correct size, when it came, it was also wrong. By a LOT. I gave up on that one. One item arrived of such poor quality, I was pretty horrified (it was a watch, and it was so tinny and poorly made I could not give it to the person I intended it for). The last two items never even arrived. I have complained twice now and over a month later, still nothing. Only two items came, more or less as described and decently made. I would not recommend you risk your time and money on this site.
