I ordered two items as gifts and am having them shipped to the person I am giving them to. I was not given a "gift" option, so I'm assuming the person receiving the gift will be able to see my receipt. Immediately after placing the order, I wanted to contact Open Sky to ask about this and another issue, but the only contact information provided is email, no phone number (which is what I was wanting for a quicker response). I emailed Open Sky, but did not receive a response until after the item had shipped, which did me no good. Also, I am unable to locate tracking information. The item has not been delivered yet (I'm assuming.?) so I can't comment on the quality of the products ordered. I am hoping there are no issues there, as the customer service of Open Sky leaves much to be desired.
I have been waiting for Open sky to apply a refund to my credit card for over a month. Just checked their review which are horrible. Wish I had checked prior to ordering. Don't know why this company is still in business.

My order tracking has been saying in transit for 8 days now. I contacted the USPS and they are telling me the package hasn't even been scanned in a USPS facility as the order tracking info states. Sadly there is no customer service number, only email. Never again with this company. This was a birthday gift for my husband and his birthday is tomorrow

So for a month now I have been after open sky to credit my account for an item that I had returned to their company. I purchased a smart watch and as soon as I turned it on it switched off and never turned on again. I was hoping for them to just credit my account and be done with it, but that has not been the case. I will now then have to take care of this matter in other ways. Don't like the drama.

Opensky is a total scam. They engage in price gouging. Let me explain how Opensky works. They list an item for $200. Then they send out an email saying for the next few hours, the item is on sale for 90% off! That's right, you can get this $200 item for $20! People think they're getting an amazing deal and buy it before it sells out. Meanwhile, you can get the same item (maybe a better version) on Amazon for $9.99 everyday (not even on sale). Customer service doesn't care because they know the company makes it money that way. If you leave a negative review on their website, they won't publish it. They are a garbage company and i hope they go out of business soon before they rip off more people.
First off - there is not customer service number.
Second - an email was sent in regards to a cancellation order was told it would be three days before someone would contact me.
Third - The order was for 29.97 in total per the cancellation email the refund was less than what was purchased. Unfortunately, I can not dispute the charge to it clears my bank.
What poor customer service and would not recommend this site to anyone. I'll stick with Amazon.

We received our first order within the time frame we expected. The second order was tracked to Anaheim, CA but that was supposedly as far as it got. Been 3 weeks and no explanation of what went wrong.

Open Sky is taking on a challenging job-using drop shippers from all over the world. Many come from China but arrive in reasonable time. I have enjoyed my purchases and will continue to buy. I have tried to reach out to them but there seems to be no one person at the top.
A big improvement would be better packaging and information with and about the product when it arrives. Some have nothing-not even a name or directions. I have started making a copy of the photo-ad when I order so I have a better idea of what I have coming.

I have had a relationship with this company for 11 months. Before my most recent 2 orders, I was reasonably happy with them. The last order was flat out cancelled, without an explanation as to why until I complained. But then it was becoming more and more apparent that the order placed BEFORE that one had not shipped. They had printed a label with UPS, but the tracking number states very plainly that UPS never received the package. That was on 8/21! I have tried emailing their 'customer love' department FOUR times and they refuse to even answer me! They stole my money and kept the merchandise I paid for. If you do business with OpenSky, you are taking a HUGE risk. They are deceitful and thieves.
OpenSky has great products, and they are very reasonable. Very prompt in sending your order out. So far I have gotten very useful items a lot cheaper from OpenSky, that would have cost me a couple hundred dollars.
My order came quickly and was packaged beautifully. I am fully satisfied with quality of the oils. The shipment arrived in a protective bubble envelope. I am lucky to have the opportunity to shop so easily on line.

I ordered an engraved cutting board from American Laser Crafts. Actually, this was the second one, and both were beautiful. The transaction was easy and the merchandise arrived within a few days. Both were wedding shower gifts that everyone loved. This may be my new trademark shower gift.
I purchased a product through Open Sky from a company called 3D-Luxe. Product did not work and was cheaply made. I called 3D-Luxe Customer Service and they had a recording.
