I have been waiting for Open sky to apply a refund to my credit card for over a month. Just checked their review which are horrible. Wish I had checked prior to ordering. Don't know why this company is still in business.

Hi Kaye! We are sorry to hear you have not received the refund you are expecting. Generally speaking, if you return a product using one of our prepaid return labels, you will receive a refund automatically once the product has been delivered back to the merchant. In any event, please send us a private message through this site containing your email address and order number and we will check on this for you. Although the reviews on this particular site may paint a pretty bleak picture, fortunately, they only represent the experiences of a very small subset of users. A vast majority of purchases made on our site result in satisfied customers!
