Wish I would of read the reviews prior to ordering sheets off here. It's been 15 days since I ordered them and the tracking shows it still sitting waiting to be shipped. I have contacted company numerous times just to be told they will get in touch with the distributor. The other day I asked to have the order cancelled which I was told they sent a request to do so. I hope I actually get my money back. Such a rip off! Don't order off here!
I bought 2 fitness bands that did not come with the extra band as advertised and then they denied it was advertised that way! Plus both bands don't sync with the app and the clip keeps opening and falling off on both bands. The company wont take returns and accused me of lying saying both bands cant not be working and to watch a video. Garbage

When I have had site or store credit with other companies, I have been able to use it as cash to purchase merchandise at the corresponding store/website. Not so with Open Sky. After being told that I had a $75 site credit, I spent 30 minutes shopping for about $70 of stuff I didn't need, but figured I would take it was free. Then I saw that the "credit" only covered a few dollars of the purchase amount, so that after shipping and handling were added, my order total actually exceeded $70. Nice. Call me naïve, but I still felt pretty misled. I never checked out, and never plan to shop Open Sky in the future.
Update: My response to Open Sky's response: The appropriate word for what you are describing is "discount coupon" not "credit." Until you start telling people what you are really offering them, you will continue to get negative reviews.

I have been trying to return an item for over a month with absolutely no response from customer service. There is no return address, no phone number to call. The item I ordered was so cheaply made it made me laugh out loud when I saw it. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau today.

I ordered some stuff. I was shocked how bad the products are. Some item did not get delivered. I complained. It took them a long time to reply if they can even solve it. They blamed the vendors and do not follow up. And then they would say we will get back to you but then NEVER!

The product was ordered and delivered in a very timely manner; there were three customized items; two were correct and one has missing information. I chatted with a service representative who investigated the order and I sent him a picture of the incorrect item and it will be replaced. Great customer service

This company is terrible - stay away. I ordered my products on December 13th and have yet to receive anything. Despite emails to the company and an actual call where the customer service rep promised she'd send me a confirmation email - I've gotten nothing! I do not have time for this - save yourselves the trouble!

I ordered a pair of leggings that was taking longer than expected. I received an email from Open Sky asking me to rate my recent delivery. What recent delivery? So I did some digging and discovered my leggings were delivered clear across the country. I notified Open Sky and they were really quick about resolving the issue. The merchant reimbursed my credit card and delivered a second pair of leggings for free. Unfortunately they were too small. I ordered a large and they looked like a large in children's, not adults or juniors. I give Open Sky 5 stars for customer service and 2 stars for product quality. I'll be giving them one more chance.
Sweater coat was finally received after much delay. Sweater coat is not exactly what I expected! Photos gave the impression that it would be significantly heavier than it actually is. That said, I will keep it and use as a "sweater". Probably will not order an article of clothing in the future.

I ordered 3 items from them. The first one arrived in about a week, the second one arrived about 14 days after I ordered it. They were both jewelry. The third item, some under eye soothing pads, have NEVER arrived. I placed the order on March 3rd. This is now April 17th. The first time I inquired with their customer service, they wrote a note 3 days later saying they would contact the merchant. Then they contacted me and said the item was shipping. When I contacted them at the beginning of this week, they gave me some excuse that shipping from that company takes at least 21 days. Hello? 21 days have come and gone. I'm ready to go to the Better Business Bureau.
You have good house product curtains where great sheets, bedcomforter. All great clothes some of the items I had to send back they where cheaply made both sweat shirts great don't now about others. They are Xmas gifts.

I am absolutely thrilled with my 4 PIECE 1800 count Bamboo Sheets! They are everything the description promised and were delivered when they said they would be! Very pleased and will be a return shopper!
Bought a personalized 11x14 cutting board. Had the cutting board engraved/carved out of the bamboo so that the husband and wife's names and anniversary date show. The cutting board looks as good as it did online. Shipping was fast; it arrived via UPS less than a week after being ordered. I plan to give this to some old friends for a Christmas present. Believe they will be surprised and pleased esp. With the way the gift is personalized.
It's now been three weeks since one of my orders showed any movement (on the tracking) on its (supposed) way to me. The one I did receive, shown and described as wine red was tomato red and way too small. It's being returned and there's been no movement on its tracking number in three days because they say there's no one there to receive it. I'll be contacting my credit card company to get a refund. I feel I've been fleeced.
