The quality of the clothes is not something that I like and they advertise on their site that an item can be bought in a certain color but when you get it, it is a different color.
I love Old Navy. It is the cheapest deal for the best quality products. I have some of their T-shirts for more than 6 years, and they are still soft and resistant. Plus, their model are cute.
Love that I can search for specific sizes on their website. A few times, I've received the incorrect size (but correct on the receipt) but the returns have been easy.
OLD NAVY used to be trendy and have cute things to buy no longer their clothes are so casual they look like you wear them on a farm - Old Navy has decent prices but the clothing there is boring boring and the clothing needs to be upgraded and they need a new worldwide buyer.
The clothing for woman is not feminine and the children's section is better and I have no issue with the men's fashion but the women's clothing is drab, boring and not exciting - change the buyer and select clothing that pops so people proudly say I bought that at OLD NAVY
Their website kept trying to "standardize" my address, removing my apartment number. Ultimately, though, IIRC it did have my apartment number. However, USPS returned it saying "insufficient address." I've ordering online for many years, this is the first time someone didn't get my address right.
Old Navy has received the package returned by USPS long ago, but they haven't issued a refund, or sent me any communications indicating the status of my order.
Curiously, my wife received a text message to review a supposed return. The url they gave her pointed to a package going to some random place in Canada. All we know is she had ordered something from Old Navy more than a year ago -- and the two of us share the same address(not in Canada).
It's been impossible to reach them. Their phone number put me on hold for close to an hour several times(until I gave up). The online chat feature is never available "Sorry, no agents are available..." And email to their customer service returns with a message that due to high volumes, I need to call them, or use their chat feature.
Worst customer service ever. Paid for an order of 7 items of baby clothing, one item was missing but I got a women's XL shirt instead. Was supposed to get a 2 pack pants only got 1 pair. Customer service refused to refund me until I print a shipping label and return the wrong shirt and single pants out of the 2 pack, then reorder these items, then contact customer service again to get refunded on my new, separate order that I have to pay for again out of pocket, wait another week to get, and go out of my way to print a shipping label and bring somewhere to return?! Why should the customer have to do all this extra work for their mistake. Just refund my money for the items I didn't get. They refused. I disputed through PayPal and got my money back instantly. Their customer service is the WORST I'm having such a bad day over this experience. They would've saved $ and had a happy customer to just resend or refund the items I paid for. Such a bad taste over this.
Also because I was so angry about their unfair treatment I tried to warn others on Instagram and they flagged and removed my comments for fraud- excuse me- they are frauding customers stealing money and not sending what was paid for!
This bathing suit STANK when i got it. 0/10 dont recomend it, literally smells like something diedand by the way the top was to big so sucks even more
I love old navy. But I really love their website... more size choices like short/petite and more cute inexpensive shoe choicesnas well. Always a great sale/coupon code/free shipping! :)
Their prices cannot be beat and they they have a terrific seasonal collection. The quality and workmanship is not there, but why would you need it to be when the clothing is disposable!
I recommend this place for its clothes! I only bought from here once, it was pretty cheap and it only took about 1 & 1/2 weeks to get to here in northern Canada!
Can't get in touch with any costumer service and when I finally did they were not helpful at all. My package never came to my house that I had ordered online so I lost all that money
The items can be a bit pricey and their "sales" always have a catch. Every store I have been in has been a total mess and it's near impossible to find anything.
Love this store. Living in Florida we live in shorts. Old navy shorts are a great value. The only reason the 4 stars instead of 5 is the variance of sizes for the same product.
Well I had a $10 reward I tried to use it I didn't know you had to spend 25 + 2 get it it didn't say this on any place and now I can't use it after a week of trying to use it now it expired I will never ever buy anything from this company again not good customer service...
Clothing used to be made better. Expect everything you buy at old navy to last 6 months-a year, before it will start to look like crap & you will have to throw it away.
They have a great selection of summer tops, and I feel the quality a been getting better. Shipping is always fast, and the customer service is ok. I like shopping here.
I love this store, there is always a huge selection of high-quality and stylish clothes and the prices are very reasonable, by the way, I like to buy in this store
They always have good sales and good prices, but you have to catch the sales. I do not frequent this store because their clothing is not the best quality for what they charge.
Seems as if a majority of companies have jumped on the pandemic bandwagon and are now in the business of adding the sale of face masks to their list of merchandise. Such a company is Gap/Old Navy.
The company uses words such as ASSORTMENT/ASSORTED/VARIETY in the description of their face masks, and yet customers will be disappointed when receiving them. My packs had as many as 3 duplicates, contrary to all the photos displayed online and the descriptions of the products. In my case, the company even went as far as fabricating information in their attempts to justify their false advertisement. One descriptive not used in their detail outline was "SURPRISE, " however, according to their argument, "customers were informed it would be a surprise pack." FALSE! Beware so if the same happens to you at least your expectations won't be as high as mine were.
There's no question that the company engages in the following:
What is Unlawful Advertising Practices?
A statement is found to be an example of false advertising claims either because it is literally false or because it is presented in a manner that causes it to be deceptive. Also, the statement can either contain or omit important information that would be necessary for a consumer to make an informed decision.
One form of deception is what is referred to as bait-and-switch advertising. This is when a company offers something that is desirable and replaces it with something that is not desirable when the customer attempts to purchase the desirable product.
Clothing is inexpensive and doesn't last. A waste of money unless you're strapped for cash and can't afford to spend a bit more for a quality garment that will last.
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways. You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
