Everytime I go into the kent old navy 1411 I am treated with respect I cash out with cashier kylie she is wonderful and nice and very helpful the management there are all super nice they always help me when I have question ibwill alway go to this store no matter what I will not go to any other old navy ever please give these wonderful employees bonuses it's the only store I've been treated with respect and kindness

I find their clothes unnecessarily expensive and their discounts deceitful, but good quality and skinny jeans should be skinny jeans not the exact opposite. Didn't really enjoy it, but good enough

They use UPS who refuse to deliver my package! I called twice and still they don't deliver they live a card! I am at home 95% because I'm sick and I don't have a car and because of that reason I CAN'T go to your post office! They don't deliver and keep your package only 7 days and after they send it back to the company! WORST SHIPPING COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COST, THEY JUST DON'T DO THEIR JOB! WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY! When you change shipping company I will order from you, now, since I can't get my order delivered I will buy somewhere else! YOU LOOSE ONE COSTUMER AND WILL LOOSE MORE IF YOU WORK WITH THAT SHIPPING COMPANY! I HAVE TO GO AND FIND ANOTHER PAIR OF PANTS THAT I LIKE THAT FITS ME AND IT'S AFFORDABLE! WAIST OF TIME!
I ordered 6 masks on May 8th, after I saw an article about them selling masks. I told all my friends and family in every state about the sale, and days later, they all ordered masks as well. It is now a month later, and of the 5 people I told about it, I am the only one not to have received my order yet. So, thinking there is a problem, I try calling customer service. I was on hold for 2 whole hours before I got a person, and when I told her my problem, she told me I was wrong, and that all orders are filled in the order they were made, and so my family could NOT get their orders before I get mine. Being a home health care worker, I desperately NEED these masks, but no pity to be found with old navy's so-called "customer service". I was told to wait, and also she said I should have known the masks were on backorder, so it's my own fault. I will NEVER give this company another dime! No company has ever made me feel LESS valued as a customer! Go elsewhere to find decency and human kindness!

It is now 7 business days later and I have NO jacket and I am out $121 - old navy refuses to help me saying that my bank is holding the funds - I called my bank and they have advised that there are no funds on hold. So basically I am $#*! out of luck - its all someone elses problem and I have no way to recoup this money which is a lot to me. I am very very frusterated and I will not be shopping at Old Navy online or in store again - what a bunch of CROOKS!
Old navy clearly isn't an American company, the average American works 40 hrs a week I'm sure and a lot work more, including me, and going to school. I bought the wrong pair of dress pants for work and a shirt that was too small, never worn… tags and receipt in hand. It was past the 30 day mark yet the clothes are still the same price and same spot I bought them in store. Store manager said she couldn't do anything for me, yes I put it off to get back to the store cause I have had a crazy schedule and school ended and I needed these clothes for work so I went into the store and they couldn't do anything for me told me customer service 1-800- old-navy could and they had me on hold to just say they couldn't do a thing… all they do is online orders. So what was the whole run around for? I have never ever had a problem with returning things two months after as long as it wasn't open or damaged and I had a receipt. I will be returning all the clothes I bought this past month there for work that hasn't been worn and will never ever shop here again.
Old Navy delivered my order to the wrong address. They will not correct it. They sent it to my old address, a place I haven't lived at for over four years. Now I can't get my merchandise.

I am so lucky because I purchased a pair of shoe from oldnavy on sale. I was very confused about quality but when I received my order, I was amazed. Quality of my pair was perfect.
You must try on all clothing before purchasing. Sizes are not as appears, clothing is garbage. Too tight around the legs and the bottom cup of the legs is too tight
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways.You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
