Made me pay for poor quality products even though I tried to get a refund from the store for the scam they pulled. They then put my payments into collections. After I paid everything off they now refuse to let me use it all. They are money hungry scamming pieces of s***

Their products and their service are total garbage. Everything is over priced and terrible quality. I have sandals I love but had to buy them every year because they didn't make it the 2 months of summer wirhout breaking. Another pair of sneakers tore. I just had to file a case on paypal to get my refund back because they kept lying saying they were sending it and never did. Don't buy from these lying thieving cheapskates.

90% of the shirts on there including plus size are cropped. Seriously there's a lot of us who still want the entire freaking shirt. I'm fat I know I'm fat I want to dress like a fat. Chill with a freaking crop s***. There are so many shirts that I would get if they weren't cropped. STOP!

Way too expensive and lacks essential vitamins minerals and calories to be an actual meal replacement. Also none of the flavors taste good. They taste like the slim fast ones. Just chalky. I will not be buying more.

They offer a one week free trial but then charge you $21 for said one week free trial? That is not free.

Though I like some of their scents even though a lot are recycled scents their prices are insane. And now they have uped the shipping cost. Now it's $7 to ship no matter how much you spend. Just more examples of hungry money aholes

No replies to emails. Created a shipping label but never shipped it. They will steal your money and never ship your items. I will be marking this as fraud with my bank.

I have been shopping here 20 some years and the prices which are insane keep going up and and quality going down. Half the stuff is always excluded from promotions. Torrid Cash is an absolute joke. I have over 500 in torrid cash but you can only use about 250 at a time. I would have to spend $1000 to get able to use it despite it being 25 off of 50. It doesn't even make it worth it. There aren't many options available for plus size women but I'll lose weight before I keep shopping here.

Signed up my email for coupon code twice and never gave me the discount code.

If a review calls them out for false advertising of a product which is common for them they will either remove the review or say it can't be posted. They will never respond to emails or complaints. This site is run by f***ing children.

They will literally go through ebay to find people who have used the word onesie and then report them for a violation! I can't tell you how many listings I have seen with people using that word to describe what they are selling but that is what they are selling! How stupid and pathetic do you have to be to do this? It's like a freaking child getting upset because someone is using their toy so they pout until it gets taken away. So childish! I will never buy gerber products again!

This shipping company is the the absolute worst! They take forever to update anything and it takes at least 2 weeks if not longer to get anything! I ordered something from a couple of towns over and it took almost 3 weeks! It is ridiculous! I will never use this company and I always discourage other people from using them as well.

You earn place cash for buying $20 or more. You can't use these for another month after you get them. When you finally can, it's 50% off the site with a code so you can't use place cash with the other offer making it expensive. They then say you can use up to 6 at a time. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE! You can use 2 at a time! They say on $20 or more. Another lie. I was at $29 and It would only let me use one coupon with the total being that amount after the coupon. I also sent them 2 emails regarding other issues with no response. I was getting emails saying $20 place cash for every $20 you spend. I go to the site and it's $10 for $20. It also said everything was 75% off when nothing was on sale. Again no response. I am now on hold for the 2nd time today trying to figure out their scam with the place cash. I am done with this store. There are plenty of other great kids clothing stores out there who don't jerk around their customers. I have made sure my friends who shop here as well know about this and they too have agreed to go elsewhere.

THEY DO NOT GIVE VALID TRACKING NUMBERS BUT MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT ANYWAY. THEY WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND NO MATTER WHAT. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! DO NOT BUY! THEY ARE SO AWFUL!

The items can be a bit pricey and their "sales" always have a catch. Every store I have been in has been a total mess and it's near impossible to find anything.
