What I love about Nordstrom is the wide selection of hip products that they carry at good prices. They ship quickly and every time that I have had an issue, their customer support has been quick to fix the issue!

I have made two purchases on nordstrom.com and no problems encountered. Both items (a pair of sandals and a business style dress) were as described and arrived on time. Not cheap but not too expensive so I'm happy to recommend.

Today I had an appointment at Nordstrom's wedding department located in Merrick park. The seller was well rude to us. She made me feel uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place at all. The experience was horrible. The worst Customer Service ever. Then, I ended up buying my dress at David's bridal located at Miracle mile, where the experience was really amazing

Never received package
October 28, 2022

I purchased an expensive bag for my wife. Unfortunately, it never made it to me. UPS states that it was delivered. He delivered a JC Penny bag and used my tracking number to say it was delivered. This is all on camera. I called Nordstrom and complained in hopes they contact UPS and find my bag. Nope, instead they send me an email that they are not refunding me. Can you imagine, $1500 dollar bag... Nordstrom did not put insurance on it? Hard to believe. No one wants to track or do their due diligence. Now, this is my headache. I guess, I have to hire an attorney. Just horrible service.

I have been a long-time customer of Nordstrom and was surprised to find that I had been charged twice for the same order today.

Called up customer service and spoke to a wonderful lady Barbara. I believe she must have been from the accounts department as she settled the issue with my bank straight-away.

Totally in awe of Nordstrom's staff. Barbara is indeed a valuable asset to your company and its because of people like her, I will continue to purchase from Nordstrom!

Negative Experience
November 20, 2018

I placed an order with Nordstrom on 11/11/2018 and they take already 1 weeks for processing. I called the customer service, they said something went wrong, they have to cancel it and order again on 11/17/18. I have been waiting for a long time, the website still show as "processing". I am still waiting. It's even later than what to expect. Email customer service and they not seem try to help at all as they never replay my email. Overall very bad experience.

Pissed off

I went to the one on keystone n Indianapolis after being told yes they have the product clear start moisturizer I go there to get it, and yet they sale none of there products at all. Only online. So I wasted time... gas... plus I decided to order online but not from them!

Nordstrom is a store you know you will find good quality and love when they have there special sales twice a year... All things bought from Nordstrom have been superb quality... They are times where service can be slow but they make up for it when you ask god help... Another great store to shop for the Holidays

Disappointed
May 7, 2016

I am sincerely disgusted with the new return policy that Nordstrom implemented May 2,2016. I never thought I would be giving a one star to the store that I've been loyal to for over 23 years. Nordstrom was so well known for their excellent customer service and their return policy. Social media is slamming Nordstrom, so I do not see things getting better for them.

This is the beginning to the end of a great legacy.

Incompetent.

I'm embarrassed for this company. They have no customer service ethics. Any business would strive to keep customers, but not this one. This one has no problems saying well you don't have to shop with us. You know there is something fundamentally wrong with a business when that's the best answer you can get.
Shame.

Don't order online internationally. They shipped it out and it said I received the parcel, but I never did get it. Then they gave me the run around when I asked for a refund. Now I'm out 100 plus dollars and have no product. Not to mention it took forever to ship out. Ridiculous customer service. All around negative experience.

I have always loved Nordstrom store, especially Nordstrom Rack. I placed my first order with Nordstrom.com just recently and their site seems consistent with the same commitment to quality and service. I would have given it 5 stars except the navigation of the checkout experience was a little confusing.

This is the best store to shop at! And I do shop a lot at all stores, malls, online, etc. But, Nordstrom's customer service is excellent and they have high quality workers. I have always been pleased with my purchases. The salespeople are very eager to help when shopping items for myself or a gift. And most of all, I can expect this with each shopping experience.
Their customer service has been consistent!

Ordered some sneakers for my baby and the expected delivery date was a week from the date the order was processed. It was shipped from Oregon and so far been to almost 10 unknown places via USPS. There's no clue where the sneakers are at since no one has bothered to make the proper notation. I can not even get a refund.

Never had an issue with nordstrom online or in store. In 11 years of shopping with them online I have never had an issue. The best sales ever... when they have a sale. Fantastic selection of items and super well trained customer service. Prompt shipping, but I will say online is very competitive as items can be sold out of your cart. Pick it and order it quick to be assured of receiving- but I think they may have work this out- just be quick in case. Love the chat feature which helps with sizing and complete product detail. Nordstrom is one of the best stores ever!

Nordstrom has a rewards program that allows you to shop there or the Rack, their return policy and products well exceed their competitors. I continue to find mind blowing clearance prices on their Rack app and love shopping at all their stores.

Don't purchase

My purchase was first delayed then ended up damaged before delivery. They wouldn't replace the item. Only refund me and wanted me to reorder. No thanks. I never received anything and knowing it was damaged refused to simple replace a broken product!

Nordstrom just finished their half yearly sale. There were 2 items that the site said were out of stock for the entire last week. Well, guess what? The moment the sale was over, a ton of inventory for those two items appeared. Placed an order and called to get the sale price. They refused.
