Nordstrom's breaks the law. And they will not leave you alone. I have been harassed for 3 months because I returned every single item that I ordered online. Twice they sent the wrong item. And by law you do not have to pay for their mistakes. I have noticed that Nordstrom's plays a game with customers about returns. I find that they must be desperate. In Chicago I used to buy a lot of Eileen Fischer dresses; I was a bit heavy. When you have three $400.dresses in your arms they are decent people. Otherwise you get very little respect. This year I have been called a liar and a thief. I have asked the government to get them out of my life. They threatened your credit bureaus. Personally I am hooked on Macys and Bloomingdale's.
I usually don't shop for clothes online.
However, I trust shop.nordstrom.com. Their clothes have good quality. I also love that they are trendy without trying too hard.

Ordered my first jumpsuit after losing weight on Nordstrom, which came of the wrong size. I really wonder if the Nordstrom people actually check the product they pack and ship! Called them for replacement and exchange, which was first refused. They did agree to a refund though! If any of you is thinking of Nordstrom, please avoid this website. Too many products, which is why they mess it big time. I ordered for a spring dress on the same day on another website, FSession, and this time I am more than surprised. What perfect packaging and cool shipping in less than three days!
I returned over $500 worth of merchandise to Nordstrom this year, double processed through their system and with their insert labels and they lost it, will not refund me my money and have become a crap customer service organization. I've contacted them multiple times detailing everything, I've been a customer for over 20 years and have spent tens of thousands of dollars there and they treated me like garbage.

I ordered some Vince Camuto heels, which were on clearance $56.00. I had the shoes for a few months before wearing them, however when i finally wore them the right shoe heel is bad. I thought this was a reputable store to order online with. Never again will i order from Norstrom.com
Ordered online and the package was marked as delivered when it wasn't. Contacted customer service but they refused to refund or replace it as their "internal investigation" showed it was delivered. I pressed them for proof of delivery and they said I would need a subpoena for them to provide it! What kind of customer service is that? Now I'm out hundreds of dollars because they choose cheap unreliable carriers like LaserShip. Will never order from them again.
I received a dress that I ordered from Nordstrom.com and paid $78. It had a Nordstrom Rack tag on it with a severely reduced price on it, and said "compare at $78". They refused to give me a price adjustment, despite their policy being that they will match any lower price immediately upon proof. I sent them a photo of the tag, and they said they were sorry, but they couldn't mark it down, because it was labeled that way by mistake. They offered to give me "free shipping" on my next order as a consolation. This company's customer service has gone significantly downhill. I am very disappointed and will be returning the dress. They should honor their price adjustment policy.
I have shopped at Nordstrom for a long time but lately I have been disappointed with not only their inventory (lack of) but also their declining customer service. It seems to take much longer these days for deliveries to arrive - like up to 3 weeks. Their online service is failing me as well. Their interface now requires a separate log in to print a return label and their online support is all but invisible at times. I cannot recommend nordstrom as a high end shop anymore.
It happening way too often, I got promotional email and started shopping right away, selected item, placed an order and... in a few hours learn that item is not available.
Web site support MUS check the threshold BEFORE generating promotional emails.

I have shopped for many years at Nordstrom and I continue to receive excellent service and the merchandise is fantastic. They cover upscale designer wear to moderate price trending merchandise. While I don't find the need to return any of my purchases, its comforting to know their isn't a limit on returns. Nordstrom has great credit card options. It is by far my favorite place to shop. Kudos to Nordstrom for their growth and success!
There's a reason why Nordstrom has been a leader in customer service. They live up to their brand and have strong integrity in their business and their employees! Treating others the way they wish to be treated; if only everybody followed that golden rule in their business practices! I will gladly pay more for a product, knowing that his company values their employees and their customers; without either you cannot have a successful business! I love shopping at Nordstrom.com and their stores are my favorite!
I used to be a very loyal Nordstrom shopper. Most of my friends and all of my family are never shopping there again due to their recent political attacks on the trump family by there incompetent CEO. That is unacceptable for a publicly traded company to do. Disgraceful.

Great experienced shopping on line at Nordstrom. Packaging was not fancy of sort but who cares. They delivered the packaged as scheduled and everything that was listed is in the box. They emailed me couple of times as well and give me info. They even send a return label and free posted. I LOVE NORDSTROM! Will reorder
This is my first purchase with Nordstrom, my account was charged $9 more than total on the receipt. It is not about the amount but the concept of stealing by tricks, imagine $9 from a million people that's $9 million. Watch this company, definitely not going back for anything I will stick with SAKS, Macy's and Neiman marcus.
I have been customer of Nordstrom's for more than 30 years. I purchase a pair of luxury brand shoes and need a different size. Received shoes on 5/27 and sent back and reordered on same day. They received the return shoes on 6/6. On 6/10 I called company about my refund. Was told by CSR that my refund would process after 6/23. I asked why and was told "this is policy". I asked for supervisor and she gave me same talking points. Then she gave me an email that is no longer valid. I them called back and was given another email.and received a "bot" response with same info that my refund will be processed after 6/23 and, that refunds are issued 14 business days after the items are received. I called back to Nordstrom to express my dissatisfaction and inquire of a corp email address; and was told that there is NOT one. They only care about the money. They do not respect customers or customer loyalty. They are no longer at the of the retail chain for customer service. Shop elsewhere!
This, well educated by the way, "deplorable" will never again shop at your store! I can not believe a store as big and as well known as Nordstrom would even allow their political views to be known to the public. However, they have not only blatantly announced their views, and excluded at least half the country, they have done so in such a way as to show absolute disdain for folks like me. I am a 75 year old lady who very much enjoys nice things, but I will indeed find those things somewhere else!
I love everything about Nordstrom. Everything ships fast, and if somethings wrong I get my credit right away. When you cant shop in the store this is the easiest way. Order online, return it if you don't like it, what else do you need. I shop here at least 1 a week. Beats going to the stores.

Answer: I have bought a fair number of designer handbags and sunglasses from Nordstrom. In all cases (depending on designer) the handbags were marked inside by the designer, where the item was made, usually a serial number and often a certificate of authenticity. This is especially true of the couture items i. E. Prada, Yves St. Laurent, etc. I have never questioned an items authenticity that I purchased from Nordstroms. They are way too big to risk their rep on fakes.
