Great customer service!

I really appreciate the return policy of Nordstrom. Sometimes it is difficult to fit returning an unwanted item into a busy schedule. Nordstrom makes shopping there stress free. Sales associates are also very helpful and willing to explain more about any product. Very generous when giving out samples (cosmetics/skincare), which also makes the shopping experience much better.

Love Nordstrom again!

Haven't shopped there much over the past few years but will be shopping there a lot more now! Fantastic, high quality merchandise, unbeatable service and strong values! I'm even doing my lunches there now. Great food!

Best in business

I have been selling to Nordstrom for some time now. It is the worst site ever. I sold them some authentic Fendi boots recently and they offered me some awesome offer because it's demand has gone up recently. Best in business.

Do not purchase from Nordstrom International, unless you are 100% sure of size!

I purchased 2 pairs of board shorts from Nordstrom and had them delivered to Australia.
They are my usual size (I have other shorts form the same manufacturer), however these shorts were too large.
I sent them back and was charged almost half the purchase price in return shipping fees.
Knowing this I would not recommend using Nordstrom to purchase within Australia. So many competitors offer free shipping for returns, regardless of the fact they are international retailers.
This is possibly in some small print somewhere that I should have read before purchasing so the charge could be legitimately stated on their website. I am just trying to provide advice to international customers that you will be charged if the product you receive is not right.

In terms of shopping, Nordstrom is my top favorite website. Free shipping everyday and free return everyday! What more can you ask for? They have fantastic merchandise and great customer service!

I've order from Nordstrom's a couple of times now. Their website is very user friendly. As expected, their products are high quality and you can often find great deals on sale items. Shipping was average time. Not super fast, but also not slow. Products were as pictured and described on the website. Nordstrom has a very well known reputation, so I felt confident ordering from this website.

I have been shopping at Nordstrom on and off for decades. Even though I find their customer service unparalleled, I usually find better prices elsewhere. This is why I tend to shop there less and less. They price match, but the number of such stores excludes many famous retailers like Lord and Taylor or Saks Off 5th Avenue. The best prices are during their anniversary sales.

I purchased 4 items for the holidays ( never recieved the items) after speaking to 6 customer service related employees they said to call the police because they verified it was dropped off from a carrier. I was treated like a number ( they are programmed very well to handle objections or concerns) at this point I'm out of $900 on 4 small items and I want the people to know don't order online from them it's not worth what I have been through these last days before holidays. I'm telling whoever orders from them it's a dice roll if you receive the item you want. ( no details where they left package but they said they contacted carrier and gps said it was delivered to my address) that's all I was told from the delivery research team. No pictures of delivery no signature. They just drop off the package assuming you will get what you ordered. If it's jewelry they request a signature I was told. I'm very un happy with situation and the way it was handled. ( this message means nothing them) they move right on to next situation because they don't put themselves in the customers shoes. They told me to call police and after a brief conversation with police that can't do nothing for me ( its only for awareness to see if it is happening in current residential areas) for more police monitoring. I'm just sharing with whoever reads this it's completely not fair!

I will literally never shop at Nordstrom again. I made an online order and received the wrong merchandise with incorrect sized tags. When I called they did absolutely nothing for me and they said they would call back and never did. Luckily I had the inkling not to try to mail my items back so I returned them at a Nordstrom rack near me. If you read other reviews if your package doesn't get delivered they refuse to refund people so I am thankful my package at least arrived. Nordstrom will be out of business soon because nobody's going to put up with this. Nordstrom can go____ themselves.

Love their new policy of free shipping and returns with no minimum. They have good sales and great customer service. If anything is wrong they make sure it's taken care of to your satisfaction. Definitely my favorite department store to shop on-line and in-person.

Nordstrom is a godsend. They price match when other companies are selling an item for cheaper. If you order something and it goes on sale after, you can just call them and they'll go back and only charge you the sale price. You can return pretty much ANYTHING, even without tags or a receipt. They're just the best. Never experienced better customer service anywhere else.

Seasonal job

I got hired as a seasonal worker and management treats you terribly. I've been verbally and mentally abused since starting by my superior and their superior has decided that I'm the one to blame because I'm "not helping the customers out properly" (despite making lots of sales). No consequences for my superior's actions. Nordstrom claims it is an ethical and customer forward company, but that is not the case (both from the perspective of an employee and customer). Very disappointed in Nordstrom and I hope to not work at this company in the future.

Lost alterations
November 7, 2022

Used Nordstrom alterations for jeans bought there. Nordstrom lost the jeans--they were put on a return rack. After trips to the store, numerous phone calls and texts with 6 different people, most with pathetic resolution attempts that I would not accept (they actually offered to refund my platinum member "free" alterations). Finally the jeans were found--so yet another trip to the store for alterations... Service-recovery for my time (about 10 hours), hassle, and frustration absolutely lacking. Service experience is a huge fail Nordstrom.

Their website is easy to navigate and use. They offer free shipping and returns on practically everything, and most beauty purchases also come with free gifts. I've never received a damaged or broken item in shipping, Nordstrom packages their items really well (and they tend to include coupons which is always a bonus). Best of all, Nordstrom's website is fantastic with price-marching other retailers. So if you find the item cheaper at Sephora or MACY'S, you can skip the hassle of paying for shipping and simply get it at Nordstrom. Win-win!

Poor Customer Service

Nordstrom has changed their price match policy. Unfortunately they wouldn't even honor the price of the manufacturer website-even though policy stated they would. After several attempts to get an adjustment & a lot of wasted time, I was informed they were not going to honor it. So beware especially if you're a Lilly Pulitzer shopper. It's rare I leave a bad review, but my experience was horrible.

Snagged a beautiful Tory Burch Ella Tote Bag from Nordstrom's online store. It's spacious, stylish, and the material is durable. The website had clear images from multiple angles, which helped in my decision. Delivery was swift, and it came with a lovely note, which is so sweet!

I recently filed a missing package report to Nordstrom so I can get my refund. But instead of issuing me refund Nordstrom denied the refund. In the letter Nordstrom stated " Refunding and/or replacing merchandise reported as not received is done at Nordstrom's discretion and I cannot guarantee."
Not only the order came in 5 separate package at different time but also left in front of my porch unsurprised. One of the package is missing due to the fact that they were left out unsurprised! Nordstrom doesn't take any responsibilities and left their customer to eat the loss or report to police station for theft. This is unacceptable.

I want everyone to know how Nordstrom treated its loyal customers and I regret spending my money shopping at Nordstrom all these years. Please shop somewhere else BUT Nordstrom for your own sake!

As I discussed with a Nordstrom representative, she assured me that a refund would be issued. However, about 30 minutes later, I received an email stating that they could not process the refund. I did not receive the package that was marked as delivered. It was shown as delivered to the building but not to my apartment door. This is a large building, and the office has confirmed that I did not receive my package.

I am confident that a large store like Nordstrom knows how to handle situations involving lost packages. Despite this, I took extra steps to locate my package because it contained my wedding ring, which has caused me significant anxiety and stress. I have sent an email explaining that I have not received my package, and in response, I received a rude reply indicating they are entirely irresponsible for resolving their negligence. I did not expect this from a company as reputable as Nordstrom. They should deliver valuable items with signature capture, which costs only $8 for the sender.

I feel so bad and confused, as if I bought items from a pawn shop, not Nordstrom! It seems they just use people to get wealthier. I will not give up. I will escalate this issue to the company CEO, media, court, and any other necessary channels. I did not receive my package, and I already paid for it. This is ridiculous.

What a $#*! show

If I could give them negative infinite I would! I used to be a huge fan of Nordstrom's but the company has really gone down hill. I used to love ordering from them online and when I wouldn't get a package (e. G stolen or lost) they would re-compensate me right away! They are so respectful and understanding of my situations but now it's a different ball game. After having not received a package as in it was delivered to the wrong place and not my address, they refused to compensate me. They told me their company is not longer responsible for any stolen packages or lost packages! Like what! They told me I would have to subpoena their GPS coordinates and tacking records of my package if I wanted to find it. And that I would have to report this to the police etc. as if the police has time to look for my package when there are far more serious things then that! Guys don't buy anything online from them anywhere be warned! They will not give you your money back at all. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

#1 Free Shipping and Free Returns is AWESOME! Never any problems if you don't like something or don't like the fit, just send it right back. They have great sales and their website works very well, unlike some others where you get hung up or lost. There clothing, shoes, etc are always of great quality. I'm in love with Nordstrom online shopping.
