The service this place provides is far from an upscale dining experience. First, you are not "allowed" to have what you want, even if you are willing to pay the up charge. They fix the meals only one way... and that's how they want you to eat it! Next, you are timed for your seating. If you want to sip your wine, order an appetizer before the main meal, and then have dessert afterwards... You have exceeded your time limit and will be ask to leave because the need the table. Try not to go if you have a party of 4 or more - you may run out of time! More than 6 in your party... you may not be given a table! Houston's restaurant rules!


Chocolate eaters be aware of See's Candies. I would purchase their dark chocolates on a regular basis. I was recently informed that It contains GMO ingredients. Yuck!


I rarely write reviews but this place deserves this one. I would not pay my check with a tip until I am absolutely sure the service will not go from "Good to Bad!"

WARNING! This place lost respect for me as their customer after payment!

After dining $$$ for lunch, me and my party was requested to leave earlier than expected because they wanted to set others with reservations. But, I had a reservation too! I was not able to finish my drink! :(( (


Great service! There is person located at the entry door to help customers right away. A person was paged to meet me at the aisle for further assistance. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Much better than going to Home Depot because no one wants to help.


I purchase one of these items from Sears this year and after hearing about them exploding decided to contact Samsung. I was informed to keep the machine but do not use it if I am uncomfortable :( While Sears continues to sell these same washers that aren't on "recall".

I will not buy another Samsung since they do not stand by there products.


General Mills is using modified corn starch in their Chex Mix snacks.

I prefer not to eat products containing GMO when I'm trying to eat natural to be healthy!


I was a Verizon customer and became a Frontier customer during the transition of land lines. Their call center is located overseas! I requested to be transferred back to the U.S.
Another loss for American jobs!


I have tried twice to be transferred back to the U.S. when my call was answered by the Philippine represents. They were unable to perform that task. I decided to cancel my AD with adwords and advertise with a local business instead.
Too many jobs are leaving America!


This Earthlink call center is located in India. It's corporation is being ran in India, though it is registered in the US. I canceled my internet service with them upon discovery! I am uncomfortable with my private network being monitored in another country.


I love American Express and the customer service it had provided in the past. But unfortunately, their call centers are now being transferred to another country. I will not provide any sensitive information to representatives that are not located in the US. I requested to be transferred back to the US. This is "American" Express? Right?

Even their fraud department calls are transferred to India! :/ (Very Disappointing!)


I called HomeDepot to have my sign-in ID unlocked in my account. Unknowingly, I was transferred to the Philippines. Because I prefer not to provide sensitive information to them, I requested to be transferred back to the US. This did not happen! I called a different number to file a complaint, only be to answered in the Philippines AGAIN! I just ended that call! I will start buying paper somewhere else.


This is the best store to shop at! And I do shop a lot at all stores, malls, online, etc. But, Nordstrom's customer service is excellent and they have high quality workers. I have always been pleased with my purchases. The salespeople are very eager to help when shopping items for myself or a gift. And most of all, I can expect this with each shopping experience.
Their customer service has been consistent!


The cashier connected my Macy's credit card to my family-shared Plenti card without my permission. I said to her to, " please remove it from my Macys credit card." Unfortunately, she does not have that authority. I called Macy's customer service, which is in the Philippines, AND my security information is needed to remove the Plenti Card. :/ I decided not to provide that information.
I will close my Macy's account and use my AMEX instead!


Bad customer service. Will not take returns when item is sized wrong.
