It's a rarity these days to find a biz that WANTS TO KNOW if you're happy w/their service, but Vitacost is an exception! Not only do they take great care in how they mail merchandise ordered online, but the one time I had issues with an item being less than perfect... they sent me out a replacement that very day! No questions asked and they didn't ask me to return the damaged good. They just wanted me to be happy and satisfied... which I was! Love the ability to purchase books from this site... I've only had to contact customer service on one occasion in the past 5 years due to a book not being in the condition started.
