I made shopping from nordstrom.com, i got accept my request in 5 days its such and hard to sit tight for this much time and additionally its so much exorbitant i discovered each items, i have been exp. To buy a percentage of the denim pants from fsession.com they are much superior to those.

Nordstrom is no longer the brand name that you would expect with bad customer service. I ordered a facial product with their online promotion of 3 gift products. However, I only received one gift product. After contacting their customer service, they acknowledged that it is a mistake in the advertisement, but refused to do anything except for returning the product. It is very disappointing that after spending so much time with the purchase and they do not honor their promises.

What a rip off
September 18, 2015

Dont deal with this company they will rip you off. I've paid $93 in postage for my $100 shoes. Who pays postage these days? Postage is included in products so you can offer free returns but not with this company. It's unheard of. I will never be back.

Worst customer service I have ever received - not only were both the representative and supervisor unhelpful, they completely brushed aside my concern as if it was unimportant. I purchased a $300+ Christmas present and chose the shipping option that would guarantee delivery before Christmas. Not only did the gift not arrive (and won't until next week) they offered to email me a $25 gift card in place of the gift. $25 gift card in place of a $300 gift? Seriously? No discount, no rebate. Nothing. Why would I ever order from this company again when I could go through Macy's, Amazon or Bloomingdale's (all of which were able to deliver the rest of my packages with plenty of time to spare and less lead time to deliver)? So disappointed in this company.

Best place to shop!

I have been shopping at Nordstrom for 20 years and have had a store credit card for as long. I have bought everything from bras to shoes to clothes and purses. I am never disappointed. You can return in store and if you charge, you don't even need a receipt. They carry very diverse items and brands of great quality. I recommend the store and website to all my friends and family.

Terrible company
November 25, 2021

This was my first and last time ordering from Nordstrom online. I ordered 3 items on November that were sent in 2 shipments. The first shipment was through ontrac and that only updated when a label was created. The second shipment was sent through USPS and I received that 3 days later. To this day, ontrac claims to never have received my order. I called Nordstrom at least 6 times and each time their story changed on when I would get a refund and when I would get my package. They have very misleading and unethical practices and I'm blown away by how incompetent they are. I should have known they were going under because that makes people do very shady things to keep them from refunding customers. I will post this on every review site online. Stay away from this business! Amazon and Macy's are more reliable.

The best
March 18, 2016

I was wondering about what to get my girlfriend for her baby shower, never entered this store use to think they all expensive but I was so surprised and impressed on everything I saw had to shop more for my self and few for the kids. They have got really nice and affordable stuff. Definitely coming back for more. Loved it

I can't rave enough about how well Nordstrom treats its customers. I sadly recently did business with an incredibly deceptive company called SkinStore because I fell for a promotion. Biggest mistake I've ever made online shopping.

Nordstrom backs up everything they sell, and if you can wait, eventually offers the same promotions as a lot of these back alley companies like SkinStore(aka TheHut.com Limited)

When buying cosmetics, for a number of reasons, including the possibility that products a lot of these sham stores sell may be counterfeits and dangerous, it really is best to stick with an established company you know you can trust.

Your health is more valuable than a 20% discount, and you deserve to be treated better than companies like the SkinStore with deceptive return policies and who have no value for their customers.

Thanks, Nordstrom, I appreciated you before but so much more now!

Great store!

I bought a pair of Tom Ford Sunglasses... excellent product and customer service! Also props for discontinuing the Ivanka Trump line! The people complaining here probably doesn't even shop at Nordstrom... no worries...

I always check Norstrom first when I'm making an online purchase. Free shipping both ways. Easy to access return label and return at post office. Can get customer service on line reasonably quickly. Just wish they wouldn't use Lasership as a courier. Almost too much selection! Items sell out quickly, don't wait for a sale unless it's shoes. They have narrow width shoes!

What happened to Nordstrom? I've gradually stopped shopping there because when I order something they provide no updates, then just don't ship it. They sell the customer products that are sold out- don't have a system capable of tracking... just stay away. There are plenty of good luxury stores and for affordable stuff Macys is much cheaper

Not the store i remember!

I did not mind dropping $2000 on a new suit, dress shirt and tie a couple years ago and i did it several times. Today, they are such a disappointment and are totally getting away from what made them great. They have totally ignored the changes in consumer shopping changes. They are not even close to addressing the new buying experience. Wonder why they are suffering? They think that change is not effecting them. Just ordered a $1000 coat for my wife which is in stock but it will not deliver before December 29th! I can order something form Walmart or Amazon and get it next day. I am done with them. Good luck as you will be added to the list of companies unwilling to remain viable to their customer base.

I purchased a pair of AG pants. The tailors left the butt area lose, unwearable. These people are suppose to make sure it fits well on you before you purchase it. $200 bucks down the drain. For guys go to Men's warehouse or Kohls, I've gotten better results.

Great job pulling Ivanka Trump's clothing line if it stinks and doesn't sell! Kudos for not bowing to political pressure! All the Trump lovers who write bad posts about your business decision are blind to this bully and most likely never bought a thing from your company anyway. Thank you for being the real deal and standing up for what you believe, and not falling in line behind big mouth politicians and their clone followers!

I swear that the whole process for the order is screwed up. Took 11 working days and the item was not even shipped (till date). This lady (Kayla) work behind the desk learn to console customer but it just ain't helping it at all, well, basically she just like to bs with you and beat around the bush. Screw this NordStrom, I swear this will be the first and last time getting gifts from here. My fault not to read online reviews before purchase, if anyone buying from here please avoid if not read more review about this $#*!ty site.

Mgr cosmetics Trish McEvoy- great when you spend money, but not returns. I went to an event and spent over $1k. One product ended being allergic. Tried for months to return but apparently it was in a special duo they sold me. Finally figured it out, went to return and Dani was too busy. She said it has been since April and its empty. She didn't even check. Was worried about sales around me. The reason so long, I was using other products I had purchased and didn't start using, had to go to a dermatologist, and took months before they could figure out the duo. Sad I actually needed to purchase more product, but so turned off by her crassness and lack of service, I won't use their line anymore. Remember the Pretty Woman scene, mistake, big mistake!

Website difficult to navigate. Too many links; it's overwhelming. Search tool yields thousands of items, few are what you were looking for. Just very disappointing - attempting to find products is crazy, interface is busy and self-important instead of clear and customer-focused. Nordstrom was legendary for service... but sadly seem to have lost its way. BTW: Cancelling Ivanka Trump was simply mean-spirited. Nordstrom is not a PAC or political organization. Get the focus BACK on customers/brilliant service across the board. Otherwise, I have cancelled Nordstrom from my retailer list. I wish Nordstrom the best and everyone employed there. May you return to SERVICE as the Nordstrom way. Thank you.

Unbelievable

As bad as it gets.

Went shopping about 7 or 8 times and went to the restaurant as well.

Was told that "I offended one of their rude customer service people" and that I am banned from the store after being falsely accused of making racial slurs. This store throws it around pretty good and the younger workers don't respect older customers and try to sabotage them when they stand-up for themselves. They are also racist (on both sides) so be forewarned and the store manager seems to have no filter and explodes when you don't agree with her and shows other signs of extreme immaturity.

They also don't have the high end design clothes as well.

A spiteful bunch of losers who have a "big fish in a small pond syndrome". Just being honest and they are extremely sneaky and dishonest.

Don't say you haven't been warned.

I am more of a Saks person myself, so my standards are much higher than what the local yocals are offering.

Horrible Shipping Process
November 11, 2022

OMG I placed an order, it will be a week tomorrow & it still hasn't shipped. I talked to Customer Service asking why this order hasn't shipped. She could not give me a definitive response. She told me it's shipping from Riverside, CA 20 miles from my delivery address. This order should have shipped 3 days after the order was placed. Very disappointed in how Nordstrom ships orders. This is the 2nd time I've had delayed shipping. My best advice just to one of their stores so you won't experience the headache I'm having about this order. Nordstrom's need to hire a more suitable Logistics Department & Manager.
