Worst customer service I have ever received - not only were both the representative and supervisor unhelpful, they completely brushed aside my concern as if it was unimportant. I purchased a $300+ Christmas present and chose the shipping option that would guarantee delivery before Christmas. Not only did the gift not arrive (and won't until next week) they offered to email me a $25 gift card in place of the gift. $25 gift card in place of a $300 gift? Seriously? No discount, no rebate. Nothing. Why would I ever order from this company again when I could go through Macy's, Amazon or Bloomingdale's (all of which were able to deliver the rest of my packages with plenty of time to spare and less lead time to deliver)? So disappointed in this company.
