I have ordered from Drugstore.com on numerous occasions. Each transaction was a breeze... from ordering to their prompt delivery. On one transaction I was shipped an incorrect item. I contacted them, and the issue was remedied immediately.

It's Nordsteoms... that says it all. Quality products, exceptional customer service... from helping you in-store to dealing with any issue that may arise after the sale. Their January sales are incredible!

I was once a loyal VS shopper... loved their undies and lingerie. However, I no longer do business with them. I have found their product line now to be of cheaper materials, the quality of workmanship is inferior, and their garments do not hold up. It appears VS has gone the route of cheap labor (China, etc.).

I've ordered several different things from Amazon. Each transaction went smoothly, the product was delivered in excellent condition and in a timely manner. I have avoided their 30 day tidal for the two day shipping... at the end of the trial they begin charging their fee. I'm quite happy without that service. I recommend Amazon without reservation,

We have already exchanged numerous emails. You/Jollychic do NOTHING to resolve customer complaints. You send out these boiler plate responses. As I advised you in my prior email, I have reported Jollychic to the appropriate authorities so they can investigate your company. You sell junk. You do not rectify customer complaints. You keep our money. I am done with you. I'm out my money. Hopefully, others will think twice prior to doing business with you.
