Don't buy from EZCONTACTS. I ordered two pair of frames, and have been charged for both, and still no glasses. I would be fine with this, except that the site said the frames would be two to three days. Customer service has been slow or unresponsive. First set said to have shipped, but no tracking info and no glasses. I still don't know when or if I'll get the second set I paid for, and they didn't bother to even expedite shipping. Just stay away.
I'm so surprised about the negative reviews! I ordered three styles- two in two different sizes, so 5 items in all. The two I kept are ADORABLE and great quality. The returns were processed fast for free. Will definitely shop again!
So, I am changing my review because Dicks more than made up for my bad experience. The item arrived and they've bent over backwards to make up for the mix ups. I'll shop Dicks again for sure.

I have been ordering from ASOS for years, more lately since I have a teenaged daughter. DO NOT shop this site. There is no customer service and they will charge you LONG before you receive your package- IF you receive it at all. They straight up lie about delivery dates, so plan at least a month later than they project, and be prepared to be disappointed when your stuff arrives. Its hit and miss- some stuff is great, other things are off size and cheap. BEWARE! They are barely better than a scam.
I forgot the reason I don't order from Fanatics: they have horrible customer service and it will take about a month to get your order (I even paid for shipping!) There are a million sites with comparable products and pricing- just avoid Fanatics like
What happened to Nordstrom? I've gradually stopped shopping there because when I order something they provide no updates, then just don't ship it. They sell the customer products that are sold out- don't have a system capable of tracking... just stay away. There are plenty of good luxury stores and for affordable stuff Macys is much cheaper
