I ordered a dress two weeks before my need by date and paid an extra $70 for shipping to ensure I got it in time. It was updated to canceled a few days later. I called to figure out why my order wasn't being shipped and the owner told me it was not available and the inventory was not yet changed online. He told me he had, IN STORE, the same exact dress but in a different color. I went ahead and ordered the new dress. He ensured me I would have my new dress by Thursday knowing I needed it by that Saturday (two days later). I did not have my dress by Thursday so I called on Friday (The day before I needed this dress). He proceeded to tell me the dress was not being shipped and there's nothing he could do but refund my money and quickly hung up. I now am dressless and beyond upset with this joke of an operation.
I made a mistake with my purchase and even though it was on my end the owners of this company came through to help me they refunded me and all will definitely be shopping with them in the future this is an amazing company with beautiful selections!
Madame Bridal helped my daughter find the perfect dress! Without being able to try on the dress, we ordered what we thought was her size. Unfortunately, it was too small and with a no return policy we worried we would not be able to return the dress for a bigger size. However, working with a small business and talking directly to the owner, he accepted the return and we have the size she needs on the way for her big day! I am so thankful for the service and prompt resolution that working with a small business provides. Thank You!
Incredible customer service! I accidentally ordered a dress that was too big. Madame Bridal didn't wait for me to return the first dress, they mailed out the new size ASAP, as it was getting dangerously close to my big day. And one big obstacle off my plate. I am so thankful! They didn't even charge me return express shipping.
Al from Madame Bridal is absolutely the best! I was very stressed to find a dress for my son's Bar Mitzvah. I called Madame Bridal and Al answered the phone, was extremely polite and friendly from the start. He accommodated me even though I forgot to make an appointment and stayed later to help me. They have such a beautiful selection of dresses, fair prices and the alternation was done when promised. I will definitely be back!

I am in the entertainment field. I had tried to find a dress in multiple sizes for up coming events in my field. The accented sales rep ( who did not identify himself) who spoke with me said he only had small sizes. I usually buy several of one style if I like it, but he did not have them. I had mentioned the debacles the Manufacturer I had experienced but instead of listening he disconnected me. Obviously he did not wish to court me as a prospective customer in the future. That being said he had no idea whom he was speaking with, nor how much money I could possibly spend with him. To me the dress not even $1000. 00 was nothing compared to what I normally spend. But he has lost a potential buyer for life without knowing or caring. From reading some reviews online about others experiences, I am not alone in my opinions.
I purchased my dress for my sons wedding through Madame Bridal. The week of the wedding, I realized I gained weight & the dress no longer fit. I phoned the shop & the owner immediately sent me out another size dress. He had it to me within 3 days! He also, didn't even make me pay for the 2nd dress. He told me after the wedding, to just send back the original dress that I purchased. Unbelievable service! I recommend this place to everyone!
Thank you so much to Mr. Simon and Madame Bridal for their amazing service and prompt delivery. I ordered my daughter's Sweet 16 dress in May. It was scheduled to be delivered end of July. I called Madame Bridal every other week and Mr. Simon was always pleasant and willing to help. He would call the manufacture to make sure everything was going according to schedule. To my surprise my dress arrived end of June way ahead of schedule. Beautiful dress and my princess is over the moon with her Princesa By Ariana Vara dress. Excellent experience! I would recommend Madame Bridal to all my friends and family.

BUYER BEWARE! My dress was ordered on March 22nd, My expected delivery day keeps getting extended. I get an email from them saying my dress was on back order. I called the store asking if I needed to order my dress elsewhere. He promised me my dress would be here in time for alterations. The end of may rolls around and my dress is still in production and because my wedding is Aug 7th I asked for my money back. The store gives me a run around about contacting the merchant. So I guess my next step is to contact my lawyer, the news and the BBB. To the future brides don't let them ruin your day by not being a reputable business. This place is a scam.
Placed an order for wedding dress and was informed dress was not available in ivory but ivory/cafe was available. So, communicated I would like the one available but upon checking the status a week and a half later I was informed they could not locate the dress. Four weeks later still waiting a refund on a dress that was never available. Poor communication for site as well!
I purchase a dress for an event for 750 the zipper does not work when I reach out to the merchant he told me try a bar soap or wax I told him it did not work that I also attempted to change the zipper took the dress to a seamstress and was told the dress I'd hidden zipper that would not fix the issue. I am being told the hidden zipper for dresses that have the decoration on it have to be zipped up carefully. They all work the same way. Another zipper will not work. This is the professional opinion of 2 seamstresses working for us.
I ordered a dress on line that was too small, but was able to swap for a different style. I do not like the new dress at all. When I asked to return for a refund they refused. Now it appears they have blocked all of my means of communication. I can't access their site and they never answer their phone. Mailbox is always full so cannot leave a message. $550 lost. BTW the new dress came with no receipt.
I had found the perfect Mac Dougal dress for my son's wedding in September 21 on Couture Candys website.
The woman who helped me had me send her my measurements and came up with me wearing a size 8. I have always been a two and last year I wore an Evonne D in a size 4 which fit me perfectly. I decided to go with the 4 despite what she said, simply because the only measurement that was larger by 1-1/2" was my waist.
I decided to order the dress and when I put it in my cart it came up on sale taking $20 off.
Their policy is that they will exchange sizes and give you a merchandise credit on returns but if it's on sale- it is final. $20 off of an $800 dress is hardly worth it.
My daughter searched the Internet and found the dress At Madame Bridal in Boynton Beach Florida. On a sunday -I reached out to them and got the owner-Symon who could not have been nicer! Based on the measurements he had which were from the same chart as Couture candy -knowing his stuff - he really felt that I should order a 2. He said if the two didn't work that I could ship it back to the manufacture and pay the difference in the shipping round-trip. I really appreciated him being willing to work with me. I went with the 2. The dress came in three days-direct from the manufacturer and it's a perfect fit!
It was awesome to get such great customer service from someone who didn't know me and I had certainly never been into his Boynton Beach Store being I live in Chicago!

I found a beautiful mother of the bride dress online. I could not find it at any salon in Michigan. A local bridal shop told me that I could not get my #1 choice mother of the bride dress. They also told me that I couldn't get my second choice until the end of May which made me panic since the wedding is June 5. I called Madame Bridal. They found my number one choice dress and promised I could get it in four weeks. The dress arrived in Michigan within six days. The dress is stunning and fits perfectly!
I was spending ALOT of time looking for an older Mac duggal gown that several retailers could not find. I even contacted the warehouse in New York and was unsuccessful. I decided to utilize the chat feature to inquire if Madame Bridal could help me locate the dress. Brad responded in a timely fashion and let me know that no results were generating for the style number. I informed him that that was the response I had been receiving and that I really just needed someone to go the extra mile and assist me in finding the dress. He did just that. Brad asked me to provide him a picture of the dress. Shortly after he responded and stated that he would check TE tinder and update me. Less than 30 minutes later, although the dress was special ordered and no longer available, Brad responded and provided me with the information I needed to move on and invest my time elsewhere. It was extremely frustrating to contact several retailers and no one was willing to help! If it were not for Brad, I would still be wasting time searching for the dress. He was truly a life saver! If you want great service, Madame Bridal is the place to go.
If I could give a zero, I would. If you need a dress for an important event, stay away from this disreputable company. My daughter followed the advice of the size chart and ordered her dress in the recommended size. It is too big! Due to the poor quality of the material and the particular design of the bodice of the dress, I do not think alterations will be successful. Even if so, the alterations will be significant. I would rather pay for quality, not alterations. Upon requesting an exchange, the company lied about the availability of the size I needed. Moreover, the company lied about sending a pair of earrings with the purchase. No such earrings were received. Read the BBB complaints. Read the many other negative complaints on this site. Also, please note that many disreputable Internet companies post fake positive reviews. Save your time and money and find a reputable seller of dresses for your special occasion.
I carefully took all the measurements on their size chart which indicated I should order a size 16. Normally I wear a 12-14. The dress arrived and it is huge. No where during the purchasing process did the website say this was a "special order". That notice came after they excepted my order and charged my credit card. Now they are claiming it is a special order and will not give me a refund. I have never been so upset. I cant afford to just throw $315.00 out the window. Buyers beware!

My order was placed on September 5,2019. I left town on September 12 and apparently the dress arrived that day. I returned on September 20 and tried the dress on. It wasn't what I thought it would be and I contacted the email on their website to ask how I go about returning it. Since I live about 40 minutes from a store in Boynton Beach, FL, I suggested that maybe I could return it to the store. I was told that this dress was a 'special order' and that returns are unavailable for special orders shipped from manufacturers. I ordered directly from the website and did not see anywhere that I was placing a 'special order'. I have gone back and forth with someone who remains nameless and have no phone number to contact. We have gone back and forth with numerous emails. I told this person that i was going to contact my credit card company and file a dispute for the charge and that I will post buyer beware reviews if they refuse to return my money. This person then told me they could write negative reviews about me as well? I finally gave up trying with this person and contacted my credit card company and have filed a dispute.
I have seen other unfavorable reviews about this company, with others having the same experience of being told it was a 'special order'.
This dress is for my daughter's wedding and the one I purchased is not right. All I want is my money back.
They finally offered store credit which makes NO sense. If they will give me credit for the dress, why won't they just give me my money back? If they will give me store credit, what are they going to do with this dress that is not returnable?

Customer service is awful, was told I could return a dress in stock, once I received it and wanted to exchange they said no it was a special order! Also free shoes and veil are a joke you get the cheapest not nice looking shoes available. Forget them answering phone or email
If you need to return for any reason, they will tell you your dress is a special order and No refunds. Which is not what the website says. Very bad business. Now they've taken their website down. I am disputing this charge and sending the dress back.
