The customer service here was nothing short of excellence. Before coming to Madame Bridal, I had been to four other store's searching for the perfect prom dress. I was upset that I could not find what I wanted for my special night. A store associate assisted me and asked me if there was a dress I was looking for in particular so I gave her an idea of what I needed. She helped me find multiple options from Rachel Allen to Sherri Hill all for under $300! Because of Madame Bridal, I looked stunning for my prom night.

BEWARE! Ordered an event dress according to their measurements and took into consideration the reviews on dress (runs small). The dress arrived and is lovely but it IS huge! Have made many attempts to contact Madame Bridal for a size exchange. No answer to my emails, no answer to my attempted "online chat", and they will not deal with you by phone. Looks like I will have to pay another $150.00 to have dress altered down 2 sizes. Verrrrrry disappointed with their non-customer service. Will never deal with these folks again. Please beware... safe yourself the stress!

I had a friendly and pleasant experience at Madame Bridal. I am not a professional shopper, meaning that I dont invest a lot of time learning all the latest styles. And the last time I was on the east coast, I needed a dress in a hurry. Their sales associate helped me find a dress off the rack. I put on my makeup in the dressing room and went to my friend's beach wedding in Fort Lauderdale. It took less than one hour in and out of Madame Bridal. I want to thank them for recognizing that I needed to be help fast. They did.

I found Madame Bridal when I was searching for a dress for myself for an upcoming graduation celebration. I needed an evening dress for the party and I had none in my closet nor have I ever shopped for an evening dress for myself before. I found their employees to be helpful and patient. The staff helped me to find exactly what I needed for the party without making me feel stupid. This was really nice for me as, before getting help from the staff, I felt like I had no idea what I was looking for or doing. The dress I bought was beautiful and I got several compliments. In fact there were a few people who wanted to know where I found it and they were surprised to learn that I actually got it from a wedding/prom dress shop. I would definitely go back again for any type of dress. Recommended.

Ordered the "Jovani JVN******* Dress" in a size 6 for prom and I almost cried lol. I hate real life shopping, especially when it comes to stressful events like these. The picture shown on the website came in its default color (black). It had other color options as well but I didn't see the image. Wasn't a problem for me though, I wanted the original black anyways. ;) Simple and elegant. Price doesn't exceed from what you'd buy in your local prom/homecoming/bridesmaid gown shop.

I actually went to their Boynton Beach store first and afterward my friend ordered the same dress as I bought from Madam Bridal's online store.

Visiting their shop was a delight. Not only was I absolutely astonished by the quality and elegance of their gowns, but the prices seemed very modest for bridal wear and the customer service was truly exceptional.

My assistant quickly helped me find the exact kind of dress I wanted - flattering and something I could use again and again, not just one time at a wedding. And guess what? It's glamorous!

Glamor and weddings were never something that went together in my mind before visiting Madame Bridal so I was so relieved to find such a wonderful dress. The customer service was excellent and it was so great telling a friend of mine about my dress. She found it online at Madame Bridal's website and ordered it too. It arrived quickly and she was delighted with it - and the price.

Looking for a dress, especially as a woman on the slightly plus side is never easy. However, whIle searching online for a dress - i stumbled accross Madame Bridal.

I searched through their online catalogue of plus dresses and actually found a few that I liked. When I had decided what dress I would like (a formal dress for attending weddings and other fancy things) - I called them to verify everything. The team members I talked to were more than happy to help me with anything. Honestly, it was probably the most smooth online purchases I have ever made.

The ordering process was fuss-free, and my dress shipped out promptly and was at my doorstep the day it was supposed to be. I'll order from them again! Made my special day even more special. I ordered my gown online from madame bridal and had the best experience. I heard horror stories, but did a lot of research until I found this site and was thrilled with the results.

I started browsing on madamebridal.com and found some gorgeous dresses in a variety of price points, but many were around $200 and totally beautiful. I was curious if the dress Id get would look like the dress photo on the website (which was one of the biggest complaints I heard brides vent about when ordering a dress on a website and not in-person).

I decided to order well in advance so I could see the dress and change it in case I wasn't happy. No need for that. The dress came within 4 days and was absolutely stunning. I was skeptical because of the price, but you're getting a cheap-looking dress. It's simply the best: great fit, quality fabric, awesome cut. No issue at all. I gave the address to my 4 bridesmaids who ordered their gowns from madamebridal.com and everything was perfect for them too.

I am one happy bride. They are everything I had hoped for and more. I really was nervous about ordering online but I found the dress I have been looking for from this site so I ordered it. My wedding dress arrived about 3 days before they said it would. It is honestly one of the nicest wedding dresses I have seen. It is heavy with perfect finishing and beautiful beading. It was so beautiful and it fits me perfectly! The customer services was nice helpful and professional. Communications from seller to customer are good. The ease of using the website, doing custom measurements, ordering, tracking, and the quality of the dress are fantastic. Overall I experienced no problems with this company and would highly recommend to all my friends. You can be worry free with ordering through this website.

The staff at Madame Bridal is fabulous! It was my first day of wedding day shopping and I had already mentally prepared myself for countless days of fittings, trying to find myself the perfect dress. I figured it was going to take quite a while, considering there was no way that I was going to settle for a dress that didnt make me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world.

The ladies here greeted me with a smile and began talking to me about what I was looking for in a wedding dress. They were so personable and easy to talk with, especially Viviana; an easy-going woman who was quietly attentive. They suggested several dresses and each was amazing. I tried each of them on and believe it or not, I had found my dress! It was a gorgeous strapless, sweetheart neckline, mermaid gown that flattered me in ways that I didnt even think were possible. My bridesmaids were shopping with me and they loved it as well. I could not believe that I was able to find a dress on the first day but it was the one and there was no way that I was leaving the store without it!

I know for a fact that I wouldnt have been able to find such a flawless dress so quickly without the help of their staff. Even the owner, Brad, came out from the back to see how everything was coming along. They were so supportive and patient. I will be forever grateful for this important role they played in helping me during my journey of picking my own wedding dress!

I recently set out on a hunt for a bridesmaid dress AND a flower girl dress for my daughter. I live in a pretty remote area so I had minimal options when it came to where to shop. I ordered a dress on Madame Bridal.com without any difficulties. I was extremely anxious about how long it would take to receive the dress and how it was going to look on me. Because I was so anxious, I called. The customer service representative was friendly and knowledgeable.

I received my dress within their time frame and instantly fell in love with it when I saw it. The dress had no flaws and was absolutely beautifully made. For the price I paid for the dress I would never have imagined it could easily compete with the ones I tried on in bridal shops in my area.

I had to make one small change to the size as I wasn't blessed with an adequate chest
For the dress size. Additionally, I'm an average size girl and never thought It would look like it does on the model, but it was very slimming and hid all my lumps and bumps.
