I ordered a wedding dress from these goons, The sent me a whatsapp saying they couldn't find the exact lace i ordered and literally forced me to pick between two totally different kinds of lace, totally different to what i wanted. The said if i didn't pick a new lace my dress would take long to be made. Wasn't happy at all. They sent me a picture of the final dress and its ugly and looks cheap. Miserable bride here :(
It was just a bit to big at the waist maybe like 1inch or 2 but overall it was a gorgeous gown. I did ended up cutting the mesh in the middle cause it looked to awkward but it still kept it pretty modest. If your looking for a cheap but gorgeous gown for a formal occasion and don't mind a semi puffy dress I would highly recommend this dress.

SCAM, FRAUD, AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! My daughter bought a prom dress from this site. We paid for Rush delivery well in advance in order to get her dress in time. The prom was this past Friday and guess what WE NEVER RECEIVED THE DRESS! We have called the number on the site thousands of times, no answer. We emailed, live chat, and messaged these people over and over. We have received broken English replies about checking on the order but no resolution! Run fast away from these criminals. My daughter's senior prom was almost ruined, but I bought her a dress in our local dress store. I am disgusted with this company for their lack of integrity and trying to ruin lifelong traditions that our kids work hard to accomplish like a senior prom. How many weddings have they ruined with their bridal gown section? DO NOT BUY FROM 27 DRESSES!
If 0 rating was available I'd pick it! You notice all the good reviews all have amazing or beautiful for the title! ALL LIES! These people all work for the company and please do not order from this company because none of the items look like the models! If that dress is the only dress you or your daughter is relying on, you are in so much trouble unless you got a back up dress! I know times are hard but don't give these people your hard earn coins! They suck to the highest degree!

Because our workers will clear up all the returned dresses each week, if we receive the dress, we will refund you at once. It's false advertising! I don't know if we are looking at two different dresses but they will swear to you that the dress you ordered is correct and it's not their fault. The service overall is horrible, they act like they don't want To refund your money back. If I could sue to have them shut down I would definitely do because this is counterfeit in every way. Don't even waste you time or money!
