No refunds on "sale" items. Ironically, ALL THEIR OTEMS ARE ON SALE. Therefore no items are returnable. How sad that they can't do business fairly and support their customers. The dresses were actually lovely, but they can't keep refusing to return perfectly new dresses. No integrity!

Buyer Beware! After receiving the dress and trying it on, my wife decided to go a different direction with her attire for my daughter's wedding. She reached out to return the dress and was promptly informed that the return policy was so restrictive that she would have to keep the dress. We paid $440 and all CoutureCandy would do was offer a one-time courtesy credit of 15%. Thanks so much, CoutureCandy, I'll be sure to avoid shopping at your store ever again.

I am 81 years old and this was the absolute worst shopping experience I have ever had in all of those years! Their policies are definitely not consumer friendly and I would advise you not to buy from them unless you know for sure that the dress will fit and you will not need to return for any reason! In fact, I would suggest you try very hard to find a dress else where and not buy from them!. My story is very long but I'd love to share it——- I had planned to have my seamstress to make me a dress for my grandson's wedding but I was ill and not able to get everything to her in time. The wedding was to be on 9-8-23. When I realized I would have to buy a dress I started the search and unfortunately stumbled upon their site. I purchased a dress on approximately 7-11-23. When

I finally received it, it was too small. After a great deal of time and effort ( check out their return policies) I returned the dress for a larger size! It didn't come until the Afternoon of the day before we had to leave and they sent the wrong size! I went to town immediately and stayed until the stores closed with no luck, my daughter continued the search the next day again with no luck! I was so upset but there was nothing I could do but wear something in my closet and no special dress for my Grandson's wedding! I returned the dress and ask for my money back because I was 80 years old and had no further need of any thing they had—-they refused snd it was their fault that they sent the wrong size! They only gave a credit which I dod not realize was only good 6 months! I had tried to give the credit to family members but no one could use it! Finally, Dec 2024 I ordered a dress for a daughter of my dear friend whose own daughter is to be married. When I started to check out is when I discovered that the credit was no longer good! They finally reinstated 1/2 of the credit. I ordered a size 14 but I received a size 4. I'm positive that I ordered a 14 because I had talked to the agent about sizes and she explained I would need to get the 14 and have altered to accommodate her breasts. I checked and double checked to make sure I ordered a 14 and not a 12 which is her size. They refused to exchange because it was considered s sale dress because we used some credit! I asked that they just charge me for the credit they had given snd let me exchange the dress but once again they refused! So we have a size 4 dress we can not use and she is having to try to find another dress while trying to recover from colon cancer and the reversal surgery! Only decided to write this review after this last experience. Be very very sure before you purchase from this company!

The processing times take too long. I was told it was 72 hours. I was tracking the shipment for the delivery and it kept saying that UPS was not in possession of the package. I contacted costumer service for two days to update the delivery to two days or over night and the answered were like they were going to contact processing etc and nothing happened. It was supposed to be here today and now it says Thursday. I paid the three day delivery and it has been basically 10 days and I still don't have the dress and the party was on Saturday.

I purchased a dress that was over $150 it was a bit smaller than I needed I guess because of the cut of the dress and they will not take it back.

Don't ever order from them. I ordered two dresses that did not fit so I went to ship them back and had to pay $80 because they do not send out return shipping labels! I would never recommend them! When I called customer service about it, she said well that's just our policy. Absolutely unacceptable

I was suddenly invited to a dance, and needed the perfect dress, but I also didn't want to break the bank! My dress was originally over $500, and I got it less than $150! So I have the most amazing dress, saved some extra money, and came in super fast so I don't have to worry about it being late! Thank you Couture Candy!

Horrible service, defective dress was sent and they did not let me return it!

Gown doesn't fit and will need major alterations! Color too dull. Please let me know how I can exchange or return.

Dress arrived in excellent condition. Needs to be taken in for alterations since it was too big because I was in between sizes.

My daughter tried on this dress in a boutique and absolutely loved it but was waaay overpriced. I searched for it online & it lead me to this site. Item arrived, packaged well & o was able to secure my daughter's perfect prom dress for less!
