My dress had been on my favorites list for a couple months, but was hesitant because of price and potential alterations cost. I checked back frequently and the price dropped 75%. Now I have my dream dress and can still afford alterations.
I placed my order and paid over $30 for rush shipping. The day it was supposed to ship (for my wedding the same week), the company sent me an email late in the afternoon asking me to confirm my order. There was no disclosure of this process during the buying process. I asked to cancel my order after I clarified with the company that my order would now not arrive on time. Because this forced the cancellation outside of the 4 hour window, the company kept $61.06 of my money. I have emailed several times asking for a refund, and they keep pointing to their terms and conditions, however, their terms and conditions never disclosed the fact that there is a whole secondary confirmation process that makes expensive rush shipping meaningless.
Order came in as described in the time frame promised. Gowns are beautiful and cannot wait to wear them!
I received my dress right on time for my event. I was extremely skeptical because of all of the negative reviews but after receiving my dress in hand two days early I was at ease. I will definitely order from them again!
I had a great experience shopping with Couture Candy. The dress I chose was heavily discounted compared to everywhere else. I received my dress in a very timely manner, and it came with a protective garment bag.
There's not a place for billing address versus shipping address I needed my address shipped to my home and it wasn't my billing address and they kept sending it to the wrong place. I ended up paying a fee.
Love this dress! I will be wearing it to my son's wedding in February. It did run two sizes small so I ordered up to compensate for that. It is a perfect fit although way too long, but at 5'4" I'm used to that and will have it altered. I received the order quickly with no shipping problems.

I was excited with all the options and my dress arrived really fast! I was disappointed to find the quality to be lower than expected… my dress has a gold sequin layer and nothing was stitched on aside from the straps…. Everyone will see a glitter trail for the event and I will have to update after the event to share if it has any sequins remaining 😂

The packaging arrived torn; I expected the dress to arrive in a cardboard box. The Dress also had hanging straps that fell apart, so that the dress was not properly hung on the hanger. Not so bad because I have to have the dress altered anyway and they can fix the straps for me.
Very disappointed that I can only return for store credit and I emailed for the information and they just sent me an email again that said I have to email for the information for a return.
I won't lie, I was skeptical after reading reviews, but I took the gamble and WON! I ordered the blue velvet Jovani jumpsuit. I am a typical size 8, but measurements suggested I needed a size 12. I have been miss measured by using the suggested charts before, so I gambled and ordered a size 10. The outfit came nicely packaged and in the expected 3 days.(I paid extra for expedited shipping) I tried the outfit on and it was like it was made especially for me. A PERFECT FIT!
I bought a dress from this company for a quince that my daughter is in. I received the wrong color! I contacted the company who said they would need to do an investigation first and asked for a picture of the dress! I have 4 children who are all in sports! I work as well! Because I didn't respond with a picture within 24 hours, they emailed me that I could not longer request a refund! What kind of customer service is this? I received the dress at 9pm on a Friday when I got home from work! I called the company Saturday morning in my way to our first soccer game, which followed by a football game and then another soccer game. Sunday morning I received the message. I'm not asking for a refund because I don't want the dress anymore, I was literally sent the wrong color! What kind of company gives you a 24 hour window!? Terrible Customer service. Be careful what you order they may very well send the wrong color to you as well!
I felt that the fact that items that are on sale and cannot be returned or exchanged were not easily disclosed to the customer. Once I learned this I had already purchased and was given no other option. This should be stated on your cover page and be easily seen by the customer. I did see that you stated an easy return policy on your cover page but not that you do not accept returns on sale items Once I navigated into the website I saw this no return policy Very misleading. I won't recommend your website to my friends and will share my negative experience
