After ordering multiple dresses and returning them from other sites, I found the perfect dress for my daughter's homecoming. Shipping was prompt and the dress is even more beautiful in person. Will order again for another event.
Product was as described and I'm satisfied. I paid extra for 3-day delivery when placing order on Saturday afternoon but did not receive until Thursday afternoon, which caused some difficulty.

I agree with the complaints regarding their customer service, they are basically like sleezy sales people, they were so nice when i was trying to buy the dress, responding to my every question, and when the dress finally came and it had an issue with horrible shedding, the same lady i spoke too (by the way her name changes all the time, but i can recognize her voice), became nasty, cold and distant. Basically tried to cut me off when i tried to explain the issue to her. I have videos and photos of the shedding on the dress and she said they designer will not take it back, how is that my fault, even with the proof,, stay away from this company, lesson learned!
I'm 6 feet tall and I can finally find gowns that fit. Designer is the key. Luckily I was even able to find a gorgeous dress on sale with 3 day shipping.
Overall I think it's a great website to order your formal wear. The dress quality is great along with the customer service. My only complaint and the only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is when you need to exchange for a smaller or larger size, it's very difficult to near impossible.
CoutureCandy shipped quickly and provided tracking updates. Unfortunately the designers size chart is not accurate because I have recent measurements taken from a bridal boutique owner and according to their size chart my measurements fell right on with a size 12. Unfortunately it was too small so I have to send it back for an exchange to a larger size. The great thing though is when I called their CSR number I actually got a rep who answered quickly with no hold time and provided all the info I needed to do the return including answering all my questions.
I've ordered from other gown sellers online and their CS debts were not nearly as efficient.
The only thing I wish were different were that they would reimburse to original payment source (CC) so that I could just order the size I need and get that shipped ASAP. Instead I have to wait until they receieve this gown back and complete an exchange. It all works out but time is dwindling for me with my daughter's wedding in just one month.
I ordered a LaFemme gown and love it. It's not as heavy or as structured as other gowns I've tried on but it's really a beautiful gown and I can't wait to get my exchange.

The ordering process was easy and very quick. The packaging was well done. The dress did not work for my event needs, so needed to return. The return process is quite ridiculous to say the least. Pictures needed of the dress front/back, in addition to the box with label, in addition to a receipt of shipment all need emailed to customer service. It's time consuming and seems unnecessary. The follow up emails are also allot.

I really love the selection and that they have a return policy which most dress shops dont have. I placed an order and it said the item would not be delivered until January 2025. However, he next day I tried to change it to a size 8 and they told me I could not. Now I had to pay for shipping going back. Why couldn't they have called Jovani before they sent it out?
