Making an online purchase was fast and easy. I had trouble applying my store credit to my purchase so I called customer service and they helped me complete the transaction

I had to pay quite a bit extra for expedited shipping and then ithe shipment was delayed a day. The tracking said that a label was printed but the package was not sent out, so that was frustrating. It was first estimated to arrive on a Thursday but didn't arrive until Friday.

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical when reading the reviews. I found this dress in Miami for twice the price and then found the dress on CoutureCandy for a lot less. I was worried that it was a Chinese company that scams you but after speaking with them on the phone, I found out that they were in Las Vegas. I told them my concerns with the reviews and she told me the policies. I took a chance and I am glad I did. The dress arrived and is the same dress I tried on in Miami. The updated me constantly on the tracking and delivery from UPS. The rep I dealt with took all my measurements over the phone. Told me what to order. It came in big, which is what I wanted so I could have it altered locally and make sure it was perfect. I am completely satisfied with my experience and will use them again for my next formal function.

Would buy again but go up a couple sizes since it's cheaper for alterations to make smaller than larger
