Pretty quick delivery. Tracking was provided. Quality of 1 of the dresses is an issue. Waiting on customer service to resolve.

The website is misleading. I tried to return a dress that was on sale to purchase a different dress from the same site only to find out from the customer service rep that an item on sale is considered a "final sale" which is not listed anywhere on the item nor was it mentioned at the time of check out. The rep kept telling me that it's mentioned in the return policy and that she was sorry for the misunderstanding, but as I tried to explain to the rep when an item is final sale, it's marked clearly on the item that is being sold. You don't have to refer to any policy or anything because again it's clearly marked on the item being sold and or during check out. Now I'm stuck with the dress that I can't use.

Once you click "buy" you become the enemy. Treating customers poorly because it is your policy doesn't make it okay, it just means the risk is too great for them to ever order from you again. Thankfully we were able to order a dress from another company (in the same size) that wasn't ill fitting like the Couture Candy one. I recommend you avoid them entirely, but if you do buy from them, do it months in advance of your event and remember that the clock is ticking to make any returns or exchanges. 17 days is too long, apparently, which is a shame because this was a gift and my daughter wasn't around to try it on immediately.

I've appreciated how prompt of a response I receive with any questions or concerns. I've also been pleased with the speed of delivery especially since I've needed dresses for fairly short notice.

Dress is beautiful and fits perfectly, but the nude colour was different from the picture. I will return the dress.

Easy to shop on line. Didn't have the color or size that I wanted but I found other dresses. Fast arrival of the dresses.

Dresses fit a little too big. We will need to contact Couture Candy to inquire about an exchange for a smaller size.

I would give a zero stars if I could. Hoping this helps someone in making a decision to business with Couture Candy before you are down a significant amount of money.

They are not forthcoming with their return and exchange policy. They only do store credit even if goods are damaged and are extremely unhelpful when you are in a bind.

I spent well over $5K on gowns that I thought I would be able to return once I was able to try them on. Even after I noticed there was significant damage done by the manufacturer they still will not confirm a return.

Bought two dresses for an event. Ended up not liking them. Returned within the allowed time, received 60 percent of the purchased price as store credit and now they say store credit has expired. So my 1200 is gone to the wind. There is plenty websites were u can buy and return and get all the credit back. Don't use them you will end up regretting, if you look up reviews for their website they are all 1 star on other websites, so runnnnnnn

I like the dresses. They look good exactly the same. But my dress is too small i want to change to a bigger size.

Great service. I had some questions and concerns about shipping that were addressed immediately via email. I was super impressed with the follow up and professionalism. I will definitely order from here again if I need to surprise my wife.

I emailed the customer service right away after I got my order because the dress was to tight not true size the next day they email me that the dress was not returnable I was really disappointed

I have shopped with Couture Candy a couple of times and I always feel confident that the brands they carry are good quality and that my order arrives within a reasonable time. I do wish that I could return for a refund if I don't like an item - I would buy from them more often if I could but they only offer store credit.
