Before you commit to your purchase be sure you've measured accurately, as once you purchase you're committed. Good quality overall, loads of compliments, but had to pay for a lot of alterations to make it wearable.

Dress smelled like an old warehouse. Plastic bag cloudy and old looking. Dress was rather lifeless looking. Dress was in possibly the smallest box you could imagine stuffing a gown in. Poor thing. Also the embellishments on it are rainbow and very childish looking. Sorry I paid this for it. Happier it was on sale. Will try to consign and recoup what I can. Unfortunate. Will never buy from couture candy again.

Called to check on availability of a dress and had it within a week. Dress is beautiful and the customer service team was very pleasant, helpful, and responsive.

I would not recommend buying anything from this company. Refunds are only store credit. They expect you to return the item within 5 days yet take forever to give you a refund, the irony. In addition, to make things worse they slap on fees and "freight" (you're the one paying for shipping) charges so you get less money back. They know they're being shady because the only defense they have is "you accepted the terms and conditions) which they will probably reply to this comment with. That doesn't change the fact this is slimy business. The majority of their information is hidden away on their website. Stay away and don't buy anything from here.

This company is a sham. No one answers the phone during said business hours. The email reply are generic and look computer generated. Do NOT order from this website. I never received my order and have yet to be refunded.

Please beware! Read everything before agreeing to purchase your dress. This company does not accept returns in any fair or industry standard way. They are complete outliers and will do everything they can to keep your money! First, if you want to return an item they ask you to apply for a return of merchandise authorization. You have to include pictures of the dress with the labels on. Then you have to send it back at your expense. That's right, no return label. They only give you store credit and if you say you don't want that they charge you a 25% restocking fee, $10 handling fee and a $90 freight fee (even though you paid to send the dress back). This is completely unfair and not hat any other company does! Please shop elsewhere for your own good! As we all know, online shopping should make your life easier not worse!

Beautiful quality dresses, great value, fast shipping! Size charts help with finding the right size dress. Our dresses have been coming in 3 weeks! Very fast and gorgeous colors. I would definitely recommend them!

I was a but hesitant to order a dress on line without my daughter trying it on, especially at the pricepoint for some of these dresses. However, I am a now a customer for life. The dress we found matched the theme of her party and was on sale. The delivery was quick and the dress was untouched, in impeccable condition. It was soooooo pretty and everything I hoped for. To see my daughter's expression when she opened the dress bag was everything. Thank you Couture Candy! I will be back for my dress next month!
