I was a but hesitant to order a dress on line without my daughter trying it on, especially at the pricepoint for some of these dresses. However, I am a now a customer for life. The dress we found matched the theme of her party and was on sale. The delivery was quick and the dress was untouched, in impeccable condition. It was soooooo pretty and everything I hoped for. To see my daughter's expression when she opened the dress bag was everything. Thank you Couture Candy! I will be back for my dress next month!
I've purchased several dresses for a wedding to try on, got sick for a week, then tried to return after trying the sizes did not match actual, No return policy on two and the third one it was over 14 days, I got stock with dresses worth almost 2000 dollars. Stay away from this company, these dresses come from all over the worlds how cold you give only this little time for return and not mention anything about it. I will never buy again from them
I have ordered a couple gowns from Couture Candy! Each have been more Beautiful then the Next! Had to make a return also and as long as you follow the policy it will be a smooth process. Shipping is very Fast! Customer Service was very Helpful very happy with all of my purchases and will refer to friends & family!

Couture Candy is a scam. I ordered a dress last week the dress was delivered dirty and looks like it sat on the shelves for a while. I contacted them with photos. I can't wear the dress, they won't exchange or refunded a d now I have no wedding gowns. Do not order from this website. The agent started mocking me and refusing to transfer me to a manager. When I finally reached a manager she told me to wash the wedding dress with soap and water. Help warn other so no one will fall into this scam
This company expects any damage claim to be reported to them within 24 hours of delivery, when they don't even provide an exact delivery date. So they delivered my item on a Sat. At 4pm, without a delivery date notification. I found the package on Sunday, tried on Monday and reported an issue and the company states I am one day late and will not honor the damage. What a ridiculous store. They charge over $500 for a gown and this is their customer service! Stay away. What a horrible experience.

Ordered two gowns for a wedding next year, needed to return one. Due to a family situation, I was a few days past the 14 day return limit that I apparently agreed to in fine print somewhere, and it was a hard refusal - now I'm stuck with a brand new, tags on, $600 gown I do not need.
The outfit came w/ in 4 or 5 days. The wedding of our grandson is June 20. I had ordered from another company over 6 wks ago & it was really long in coming & didn't fit well due to sewn- in bra.
Be aware! Awful company - deceptive and ridiculous return policy with hidden fees presented only after you return your item, a policy structured in a way that after returning an unused item you might be lucky to receive 50% of what you spent on the purchase. I used them once but will never use them again.
Ordered and paid for 3 day shipping. Did not arrive within 3 days nor can customer service tell me anything other than someone will email me soon. It's been well over the 3 days still nothing and I'm out almost $500. Do not trust them it's a scam!
Tried on the dress (2 minutes!) which was fine. Terrible return policy, but complied. First got an email that said it was in perfect condition. When I asked about my credit, they told me it was not! Not possible. I asked for it to be sent back to me.
Bottom line - don't do any business with them for any reason.

Placed my order April 5th for a wedding I' going in 2 weeks. Just called was on hold for 18 min to be told that they didn't have size 4 in hay they sold me instead can sent me size 6! Ha! Told them they sold me size 4 they charged my Cc and they didn't even bother to notify me about this so I could look for another dress!? I requested a refund let's see how long will take for them to do that! Awful first time experience and won't come back to thus site again!
This dress is gorgeous, but unfortunately it did not fit my body type well. I exchanged the dress for different one and customer service was amazing in handling the exchange.
I ordered $1000 worth of dresses for a company Gala not knowing which would work. I paid express shipping and it took longer than 3 days to get them. I got them in, and immediately returned them with all tags still attached. They will not refund my $1000 and offered to give me $750 and I paid $150 to ship them back! Ridiculous! I will never buy anything from there again!
Dress was as described, great quality and less than what I found at other stores, would definitely use them again!
