Overall nice shopping experience. Many beautiful options to choose from and easy online ordering. My only concern was the delivery time and extra cost to expedite shipping.

I don't think people need so many emails making us aware of the item being processed, shipped, and delivered. I think I received 3-4 emails in the same day, telling me the item shipped, then ready for delivery, then going out for delivery, then ready to be delivered, then delivered. Way too many emails. I just need thank you for your order, item is being shipped, item is out for delivery.

We called to verify return policy prior to ordering a $400+ dress. On the call they said "return in 5 days = full refund" (we have the recorded audio). Upon confirming they received dress back in perfect condition, they switched to "store credit only". Now they have the dress AND MY MONEY. I have nothing except heartache and hassle.
This is a horrible company... with disastrous customer policies and treatment.

I had a nice experience buying for the first time throw this website and my wedding dress. I paid the extra to have the dress with my measurements but when arrived was still a bit big for me as I looses weight. The material and shape was really nice and shipping super fast. I had to paid customs clearance when order arrived to my country but they refund after the amount. All the guest where asking where I bought such a nice dress:-). A secret... Thanks a lot and I will for sure order again.

Every organization has the ability to use discretion when determining whether exception to internal policies may be appropriate in extenuating circumstance. Although I understand this decision is at the sole discretion of the organization and policies are in place for a reason I am extremely disappointed in the lack of consideration and customer support I received.

Based on my experience I will choose not to shop with Couture Candy in the future.

Ordered a dress from here for a formal wedding. The dress was poorly made and the slit was so high that it showed my underwear. Their return policy is too strict. I initiated the return immediately but then went out of town for a few days for the event. They only give store credit and they take 20% of it and you pay for shipping. Complete BS. Find a better vendor.

Several paragraphs down under another title- not within refunds section is a paragraph that reads you must notify of any defects or problems within 24 hours, so in essence you have 24 hours, not 5 days as it reads! They don't give refunds OR store credit as the website reads. The sequins on my dress all fell off within in the packaging before it even arrived. It was NOT new and they refused to make it right. Other sites sell these dresses. Stay away from this company! Find their response below that proves I am within the 5 day return policy, but they refuse to provide store credit as their policy states. See below picture of their response refusing to provide store credit, even though it is obvious this dress arrived this way. They replied with this canned email within 4 minutes of my requesting the RMA.

Quality was very poor on the TWO dresses I ordered. Very Cheap looking & feeling, dresses also had an odor!
Customer Service was non existent, their return /exchange policy is nearly impossible to obtain, far different then what is stated.

Save your money, dresses are not as appear!

They also do not except any reviews on their page unless glowing! I wondered why none of the dresses had reviews!

Needed a formal dress for son's wedding and had seamstress take measurements, used size guide to order and dress was laughably TOO BIG. No smaller sizes available now which isn't anyone's fault but it will cost as much to have resized and not an option to return because it had been on sale. The other dress just did not look right on me so in returning, I am receiving a store credit which I knew I would be getting but how many formal dresses will I ever need? I should have tried a place in town where I could have tried them on without risking losing my money. I regret using them.

My experience went well the shipping is extremely quick no need pay extra The most beautiful dress same as the online page got a lot of compliments. They do run small so get a size bigger I needed get mine fix due to that. Just keep that in mind.

Horrible. Ordered something July 13 didn't get sent out until July 18. Didn't fit so I sent it back. But had to wait from 7/25 to 8/1 to receive a special code to be able to return the item. It was a total of $208 and I only got $140 back!? For a 20% shipping and handling fee from when i purchased the item (I used a $10 coupon code) and charged $27 for shipping and handling fees! Really?$60. Never ordering anything from this site. Don't do it! After trying to get at least half that amount back they offered 10% back if I didn't give them a bad review. I didn't accept and now here we are

Website was easy to use, so much to choose from, shipping was very fast, dress arrived in perfect condition; only minor flaw is the zipper sticks a little, but it fits perfectly and I would definitely shop here again
