Several paragraphs down under another title- not within refunds section is a paragraph that reads you must notify of any defects or problems within 24 hours, so in essence you have 24 hours, not 5 days as it reads! They don't give refunds OR store credit as the website reads. The sequins on my dress all fell off within in the packaging before it even arrived. It was NOT new and they refused to make it right. Other sites sell these dresses. Stay away from this company! Find their response below that proves I am within the 5 day return policy, but they refuse to provide store credit as their policy states. See below picture of their response refusing to provide store credit, even though it is obvious this dress arrived this way. They replied with this canned email within 4 minutes of my requesting the RMA.
