This dress is beautiful. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it was too tight in the bust. They did not have a size up otherwise I would have ordered up.
The five day return process was sos quick I possibly would have kept it if I had a chance to meet with my alteration gal.
Ordering on line with so many various dress stores: Neiman Marcus, San, Nords, Bloomingdales... I would say this was the most involved returned. First the customer must contact the company. And receive a code. The return must be sent with labels from the dress enclosed. The shipping label must have both an order number and a RM code number. Once the dress is dropped off, a picture must be sent to Coutour Candy confirming the dress was returned. And, it had to be insured. Just a lot of moving parts.

Overpriced low quality product. They do not offer refunds so you're screwed if you don't like what you order. Worst of all, customer service is very rude and does not even try to be helpful. Pretty much a scam.

They were very prompt in ordering and getting item shipped. Also called my phone number 3 times after seeing I had been shopping to see if there was any questions or anything they could help with before I purchased.

This website provides fantastic customer service; they were quite helpful and responded to all of my questions. I discovered a wonderful garment here that was much more gorgeous than it appeared in the photo. It arrived sooner than expected! Definitely my new go-to store for my upcoming events.

This site has all the famous designer brands when it comes to gowns and occasional dresses. I'm amazed at how detailed the dresses were described. CoutureCandy is very user-friendly and I felt secured purchasing my gown with them.
Most specially their customer service reps are very friendly. They are attentive and knowledgeable. Everyone are so helpful. This company deserves much kudos! We'll definitely shop more at Couture Candy!

The Customer Service team was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to help me receive the dress on time (even though I ordered last minute- 2 days before a wedding!). If you're in a tight budget, you'll find exceptional dresses that are on sales and discounts. They have the most courteous customer service associates. As a customer who believes that I'm always right (all the time), giving them a 5-star rating is not enough for all their effort and job well done. I have this same dress in another color in size medium and it fits. This one is also a size medium and does not fit. I am unable to return the dress.
