The dresses I received were more beautiful in person than the pictures advertised. Excellent customer service via Sandy, who assisted via telephone and texts promptly. My returns were handled immediately with no problems. This company has strict return policies and I would suggest one reads all the details prior to ordering. Everything is stated online. My experience with this company was exceptional because of Sandy's assistance.

The clothes are pretty and great quality. The returns however are HELL. No prepaid return shipping label or even an unpaid label, you have to write it yourself. That isn't the worst… you have to take photos of the front and back of the dress tags, photos of the box, photos of the ups tracking…. It's a major hassle. So many online shops that make it seamless. This is outdated and I'll never shop there again

Had never used this sight before, but considering it was last minute shopping for my daughter's prom dress, she fell in love with the dress immediately, the sizing was easy to follow, there was 3 day shipping and of all things Paypal was an option I decided to trust and go for it! Well it worked perfectly for us. We are both highly pleased with the dress(absolutely beautiful and fits like a dream), timeliness of it's arrival and ease and authenticity of the site. Only drawback is glitter is everywhere.

They don't state clearly in the checkout that an item is on Final sale like most websites. It is stated in their policy but you have to read it. I notification on the check out would've been appreciated. Now I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't fit me well.

Return of product was a cumbersome task and time consuming. Email follow up was not clear. Store credit is a joke. Think twice before ordering these pricey clothes. Still have not used credit for fear of going through this again. But losing 495.00 is a hardship. The credit is also 100.00 less than what i spent, and I had to pay shipping fees. Not happy! I'd give 0 stars, but that its not an option.

Never do business with this website! I purchased a dress for an international event and when received determined the dress skirt was too big for travel. Requested a return the next day, followed all CC guidelines meticulously, spent over $60 with USPS Priority Mail to ensure that the return would arrive in their 5 day time line, and they refused to provide a credit card refund! They have insisted on a store credit for no legitimate return policy reason! Dishonest and deceptive business! Don't waste your time!

Please do not buy from this company. The return process is horrible. Once they receive the returned item they send you a convoluted computation about how much you will get back which is significantly less than what you paid. The kicker is this is a store credit or nothing option. I opened a dispute with Paypal and Paypal did not help me at all. Rather they made things worse with this company. Once Couture Candy found out about the dispute, they penalized me by revoking my store credit. As a consumer you should never be retaliated against. This whole process started on sept 13th 2021, I have been patient and reached out to this company severally without success. They have my money and the returned merchandise. Today is Jan 17th 2022 and I am yet to be reimbursed by store credit or refund. They owe me $480. Please do not do business with such dishonest people. SHop at Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, etc that pride themselves on Top Notch customer service.

CoutureCandy has the most courteous and sweeter customer service reps! I emailed them late Friday night searching for a certain evening dress. I didn't expect that one of them will reach back to me after business hours! They've helped me place the order and the dress was shipped the next day and delivered before the estimated delivery date. I highly recommend them for all of your special occasions purchases. They definitely have my loyalty!

This business uses deceptive business practices. It claims to have "Easy Returns" but if you dig deeper, they NEVER provide refunds. My package arrived 5 days late, not in time for my event. I returned the box without opening it. They were not responsive when I reached out looking for the package or when I asked to cancel the shipment. They shipped after I told them I did not need the dress. Then they refused to refund my money and offered me a credit that I cannot use. Then because I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card, they penalized me by discounting my credit by 50%. What reputable business does not ship on time, does not respond to customer inquiries AND tries to penalize their customer? Do not buy from here.

This was my first time ordering and was tremendously pleased with CoutureCandy. Their customer associates were so knowledgeable to all my questions and even offered urgent solutions to a possible concern. The dress arrived on time as promised and the quality is absolutely perfect.

Beautiful dresses and great selection, but why are all ordered dresses shipped individually and you have to pay DHL express fees for each package. This is not nice. You could have sent both dresses in one package, because they were sent on the same day. I will think twice about ordering again...

The dresses offered are beautiful and well made. Customer service is excellent. Unfortunately, the sizes run VERY small, and measurements are smaller than those provided in the size guides. I had to return my items and reorder in a much larger size and have altered to fit. That is not unusual with formal wear, but it does make purchasing over the internet difficult. Take care, order big and don't wait until the last minute. But the challenges are worth it. These were beautiful dresses, and I will purchase from CoutureCandy again in the future.

Be careful if you buy from this company. If the dress is On Sale, they have no return policy. The dress I bought had a waist size one inch smaller than the chart which made it too small for me. They would not take it back and even lied about a 24 hour return policy even though their site says 5 days.

The dress I ordered was not described as "glittery" at all, however the product itself is absolutely caked in glitter. My house is also now subsequently covered in glitter. I have tried to initiate the return process. I provided images as "proof" of my claims within 24 hours as requested. This was nearly a week ago, and I am still waiting for this claim to be "processed." Lesson learned. Couture Candy is an absolute scam.
