This dress runs a size smaller so it didn't fit. The return policy is absurd. They should allow a 30day return policy. My dress was never worn, still had tags, but returned over 2wk window so they sent it back to me. ABSURD!

My daughter first saw and tried a prom gown on in a pushy store that did not take proper care of their inventory. Even though the gown was much too large, with a pull in fabric, and dirty she loved it. We happened to check Couture Candy. They had the same gown in her size in perfect condition for a better price. We received the gown in professional packaging and faster than expected. It was beautiful and my daughter could not have been happier with any other dress. Thankfully we did not listen to the pushy sales person from the original store who told us it was a one of a kind Trunk Show gown. Couture Candy will always be our go to for reliable, honest service for the perfect dress.

I purchased a dress from CoutureCandy and it arrived with shoe marks on the bottom of the dress along with dirt as if it had been dragged. In addition the dress was to have four jewels on the jacket. One had been ripped off (you can see the threads from the Jewel) the jacket.

It would be wise to look at the dress before it ships to make sure it is in good shape. I'm in the process of waiting for the claims dept. take back the dress and switch it for another one. I hope the new one is in better shape.

This site is rip off. My dress came with a security tag that was difficult to remove and all they told me is that all of their dresses come with security tags because they are new. They sent me a YouTube video about how to remove it. They told me because the dress was on sale, they cannot accept it back so I was stuck with a dress that I cannot use. Buy somewhere else. After they receive your payment, they offer very little to no help afterwards and they have a very nasty customer service

First I ordered a gown for sons wedding, it was too big and I read the size guide. They said I could return for store credit. Again I ordered different gown. Both dresses were cheap looking and didn't fit after I paid $650.00. You should know you only get 1 return for store credit. After that they don't accept returns and you are stuck w ugly dress that doesn't fit. BUYER BEWARE! Will never use them again. Very poor business practice. I would give them a Zero if I could. The second gown goes to Good Will now. Hate this web site!

I ordered an item a called customer service. Customer service informed that my item would be shipped within the week. The tracking showed that they didn't even have the item to ship.customer service told me they don't refund your money. Instead, you get a store credit or surrender 15 percent of the purchase price to them. Buyer beware. I will never use this site again.

Great overall quality and performance! These are authentic designer labels at great prices. I attend many formal occasions and have not been disappointed in the service or products offered. Also, sales are dynamite!

I ordered a dress and I have been waiting for two weeks for delivery. When you call no one answered the phone. I was able to contact someone if I wanted to place a new order but no one would help me on the customer service side. This type of service is very disappointing. The dress is very important for my daughter. Customer service is very important to me.
I hope this review helps someone else who may be on a time line.

If you like a dress on this site, google it and buy somewhere other than here. Their customer service sucks. Paid $537 for a dress, paid $45 to return and they only gave me $399 in store credit. They are nothing but a rip off and I will be reporting them to the BBB over their business practices. They should be shut down.

I ordered my daughters prom dress from this site because they claim that they have a reputable return policy. They make it very difficult to obtain a return label. The customer service people are rude. When I requested to talk to a manager they put me on hold for 18 minutes and then hung up on me. When I called back they were closed. There are too many good companies out there that put their customers needs first. This is not one of them. The hassle is not worth trying a new dress.
