I was skeptical about ordering a prom dress from an online vendor but took the risk. The dress was ordered on March 3rd and shipped by March 10th (I paid for a rush delivery). I received questions about sizing measurements and color, which I did appreciate. Because I wasn't sure about the fabric, I ordered one size up from her normal size. I learned the hard way to just order her normal size 4. Due to ordering a size bigger, I had to get it altered a bit. We found a local alteration service to take it in. The dress is gorgeous!

Please do not order from them. I am getting the run around about returning a dress that I provided measurements for that arrived too big.

I was a bit skeptical at first because I've never ordered anything that had to be tailored from an online website. Long story short my purchase process was very easy and the communication was very good. I ordered a dress at the last minute and paid for expedited shipping. The dress actually came before I was supposed to receive it. Please if you're thinking about purchasing from LadyPromDress do not hesitate. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

With very little alteration needed. The dress made my daughter look phenomenal. She was gorgeous and elegant. The dress had high-quality and made a statement. Thank you so much. I was very nervous to order from this company but I'm very happy we did. My daughter looked beautiful in the dress and it was as described. I added a picture the gloves we ordered separately but paired great.

I ordered my daughter a dress for her senior prom, after receiving the dress, the color and everything was different than the dress advertised online. I tried to return the dress only to find out the dress was more expensive to return than the cost I originally paid. The contact number that was given to me was not a working number so I had to communicate through emails, needless to say, I'm still stuck with the dress and had to find my daughter another dress in order for her to even attend her prom. Lesson learned and I would not order from them again and I definitely would not recommend

Sent me broken zipper dress piece of crap states they have a video of working zip/then after tons emails if damage your can pay to return then it's useless to them and throw out and most they will give is 60 percent and that's after trying to get away with giving nothing! Terrible customer service. Terrible quality made in China/looks like from a dollar store! Broken told me to go fix it! And paid express shipping you get in time for regular/ go anywhere else! Fighting this right now-credit card company hopefully gets my money back

We ordered the dress on 12/6, needed by 12/16, with rush shipping the dress arrived on 12/14! It was breathtaking and just as beautiful as the picture online. It fit my daughter perfectly and ultimately helping her win the title of Miss Covergirl 2023! She also won best evening gown category and best interview! We will definitely be ordering again!

Please express our thanks to everyone involved in making that beautiful dress and having it arrive here so promptly. Your company did an amazing job, and we are very pleased with the results. My granddaughter was so happy with the dress. We needed it promptly since we were not able to find a dress in our area that she liked and would fit properly. The "Rush Fee" was reasonable and worth it to see the look on her face.

I ordered my dress and was in communication with someone fairly quickly. All questions answered. Dress is made of great material. Very beautiful, as suspected! I had to have some minor alterations done, but that also was expected.

Appears good, no issues with check out.
Dress is as pictured. I didn't get it custom fitted wth measurements, so next time I would try that, but overall dress is pretty and can't really beat the price.

Let me just tell you, my daughter was absolutely gorgeous in this dress. This dress was very beautiful and stunning. It came as pictured, perfect color, great work and craftsmanship. It arrived on time as promised. The woman making the dress was very understandable and communicated through email quickly. I will definitely be ordering from this site again.

Ordering was easy. However, I pd an additional $16 for perfect alterations but still had to pay for other adjustments once we got it

I had a great experience! The dress fit perfectly although I did get it shortened because I am 5'2. Customer service was excellent and asked me my measurements right when I placed my order, even though I selected size 4 rather than custom. I highly recommend this company!

Love the variety of dresses and colors. Daughter is very excited can't wait to post after try on.Now that we have the dress and tried it on, she's more excited than before. We do have to get it altered because she's 4'10 and it's way too long minor fix. Overall good work, fast delivery, great communication. Thanks and would definitely recommend and shop again!

I was so worried because of some reviews. I absolutely adore my dress and the quality is amazing. I paid less than $400 for this dress with express shipping and at the mall or David's bridal would have spent $1400-$2000 my big day will be perfect
