The dress was amazing. They were very good with communicating from beginning to end. Dress was perfect.No extra altercations were needed. Dress came a month before the prom. I will refer everyone here and will not shop any other formals places EVER AGAIN. This made Prom 2022 everything... I was very skeptical because there were not a lot pictures of anyone wearing this dress, only a sketch and 1 person and one color white. My daughter chose royal blue and it was just right.
Customer service definitely satisfied, I do want to say is measurements were a bit off I still had to take it to get it right. But my sister loved the dress, great material and she loves the color. She's excited about going to prom.

My sis was happy with her dress being shipped so fast knowing it was last minute for us and it needing to be custom made. The color was a little brighter then expected but the end result was still good!

Started with ordering dress. Paid for it chose size, their customer service requested we revisit her measurements for the dress, we did, ordered the tailored fit, just a little bit more, they let us know when it was shipped and confirmed we received the dress. The ordering was easy and fast delivery. The dress should've been a size bigger but not an error on supplier's end it was on our end. However, we are making it work. My daughter is pleased with the product she received. Thanks again!
Website was easy to use. I got prompts response and the order was received within 2 weeks of placing the order. Unfortunately, the color was misrepresented so it was a different shade that we were expecting. Fit her perfectly but wrong color. I would recommend the site just stick to colors that don't have to many shades.
The dress didn't look like the picture though it was still pretty... but they made me pay extra for something that I didn't understand with the sizing & it didn't come fast enough for me to have paid a rush fee.
1st and foremost I would like to make everyone aware of the pictures they are misleading! What I thought I was getting is a white and blue dress as pictured on the sight. In reality what I got was an all blue dress. I do still like it but the picture is misleading! So be clear on what u order and what color u want it! Good side customer service was great and I received the dress faster then I expected.
I asked if I could send measurements after seeing size chart was too small in an email was told it would be fine. Emailed measurements was told its too late. I emailed wanted to cancel order. Email back order had been shipped. Express next day.

The dress that arrived was not at all like the image online. Although the basic design was the same the fabric made a huge difference in my satisfaction. I wanted and believe the dress I ordered for my wedding would be made out of satin fabric. Instead it was made out of a Jersey blend which takes away from the formalness of the occasion. Another disappointment I encountered was sizing. Based on my communications I was encouraged to purchase a larger size in the dress. The fact that I provided my exact measurements and my dress arrived slightly larger than I needed crushed me even more. In the end I bought a different dress from a small boutique. Lesson learned. I'm very sad because all of my other wedding planning has gone well.

The dress was beautiful was exactly like the picture. The dress came on time. My only issue was the sizing. I sent in measurements and the dress was still to big had to pay to get it altered.Maybe it was me Idk but overall great experience

I am very disappointed at the amount of money I have spent for this dress. My sisters prom is in a week and she has no dress now. The color was no where near the picture online. It's a bright pink color instead of a dark fuchsia. On top of that the measurements are wrong. This company has not responded to my emails and is dodging me because I'm asking for a full refund. The dress came yesterday and is still in the package. Do not order from them, they will send you anything and keep your money! I have to go through my bank and contact the Better Business Bureau. Worst experience ever.

This site is stealing design and showing the dress like they can make it and once you receive it looks nothing like what you ask for. This site is false and refuses to give you a refund. Messed my daughters prom up. We end up spending a lot of money in less than 3 days for prom. So much money down the drain and during a pandemic. This is so sad. They are ripping people off big time. I I haven't heard back from them yet, but this is a hot mess. Don't you ever order from here. What I got was 75% different from what I received. I contacted PayPal and I also emailed them so I'm waiting to see the result of this. I don't even trust them for an exchange, I just want my money back and I will consider this a lesson learned. It seems like they have one company with different websites and names but it's still the same people. I'm just going to order her a new dress from Ohio. They allowed photos on other dresses, but would not allow real life photos of the dress that I selected.

This company is horrible and I am trying to get paypal to stop working with them. I ordered a silver dress on March 27,2021 then noticed when I closed the order the description said white Satin so I immediately contacted them. They then said no problem they will fix. We'll guess what? I receive a white dress then was told there was nothing they could do. I sent the proof of the emails and all of that was ignored. Lady Prom Dress needs to be blocked from selling in the USA. The dress I purchased was 167.99 it cost 80.00 to Express ship from the USA. I told them they should pay being that it was their fault. Now I am going to work daily to make sure no one shops at this store. Their customer service socks. It's the worst I have ever experienced.

This company sent us a dress that was a poor replica of the one pictured on their site! The color was off, the applique completely different, the sleeve too short, the bra padding was lopsided and visible under the applique, and the tulle had a hole in it. Now they are refusing to let me ship it back for a full refund even though their policy says for defects they will give full refund. I spent $175 on this crappy dress plus shipping and am now just so disgusted and regret I didnt check their reviews first! Please do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere!

I have paid over $300 for my daughters prom dress and never received it. Even paid an extra $30 to have it sent express. They stopped emailing me. She can't go to her senior prom because I used all the money I had.

Ordered a prom dress that was supposed to be a satin material and received velvet. When I wanted a refund for sending me the wrong products, they offered me less than half the price if I shipped it back and shipping it to China costs almost double than what the dress cost. Would never order from this company again.
