Definitely not made to order and cheap material. Read the reviews and had high hopes for this company. Can't reach no one to attempt to get a refund for the $180. Scammers. Too ashamed to show what the dress actually looks like. Shirley got this one off.

Dresses are shipped directly from China in poor packaging. They don't look like pictures and material is poor quality. When complain and ask for refund/return say they were custom made and will charge for labor and materials. Beware!

With very little alteration needed. The dress made my daughter look phenomenal. She was gorgeous and elegant. The dress had high-quality and made a statement. Thank you so much. The shipping was faster than expected and your communication with me made me very comfortable with ordering the dress online. Thank you so much for your professionalism. Was very skeptical about this website, placed custom size order with expedited shipping. The dress came quickly, when my daughter tried on it was about an inch on each side too big, I just took it in a bit and it was a perfect fit. My daughter looked gorgeous in her white sequined dress🤍

I ordered a prom dress with my custom measurements. Dress was nowhere near my size. Came extremely big. After paying to get it altered it was fine but for the amount of money I spent it should have been tailored to me. Just a bunch of fabric thrown together. I might as well had got one of the primary sizes if that was the case.

The dress is not as depicted in picture. It was not a full flowing dress bottom. No buttons in the back just a lace up.

Then, if you want to do a guaranteed return you were sadly mislead! I will never buy from this site again

I ordered a dress for my niece to attend her prom. It came in the time frame promised. She is very short and petite so I was wondering how well the dress would fit but I was very surprised that it fit her just about perfect. The only alteration will be the length. We are very happy with this purchase.

I was unsure when I first ordered the dress online, worrying that the quality might not be very good, I might not receive it on time, it might not fit... I did not need to worry at all, I received my dress within 4 weeks or ordering it, It fitted perfectly and the quality of the dress was amazing. It looked amazing and on our special day I got so many compliments! And all that for a ridiculous low price! I can't thank you enough and will recommend you to my friend who is getting married next year.

This dress was absolutely gorgeous. When it arrived, I was a little suspicious because it came in a sort of small packaging, but it didn't leave creases or anything on the dress. I highly recommend getting your actual precise measurements so everything fits perfectly. The dress was fairly tight around the hips and thighs, but overall, the dress looked beautiful. Got so many compliments on it from prom.

Buyer beware! Seller wastes time emailing repeatedly, asking for more measurements, telling you order be custom just to get extra $30 expedited shipping fee. Dress still arrived not to specifications. Alterations couldn't be done. Return policy is a joke and not as stated on the site.

Thank you for the professional service. Everything was so smooth from ordering to receiving. My daughter is a tom boy and doesn't wear dresses, but when she tried on her dress she gelt like a princess. Very well tailored and fit perfect.

Like most, I was afraid to sink some money into a dress that may not arrive in time, much less, as requested. This company put my fears to bed because the dress arrived within 2 weeks and it looks exactly like what I ordered. I requested a bigger size by way of providing inflated measurements just in case it arrived too small. My reasoning was to be able to get tailored and altered to my little lady's teenage body. Nice quality but you can't cancel an order within a certain # of hours after ordering without only getting a small percentage back. Also there really aren't returns except for damaged food so be sure before you place your order.

My wedding dress was BEAUTIFUL. It arrived on time. Very well made. The lace is stunning. They communicated throughout the whole process. I was nervous up until I got the dress. Then I cried when I tried it on and it fit perfectly. I wear a 24/26 and they asked me questions about my measurements. They shipped it on time to Florida. The price was well worth it. I would have paid far more at a bridal store. Plus it would have taken longer. I felt like a princess on my wedding day (July 3,2021) on the Island of Palm Beach. Danny from LadyPromDress was very helpful.

The dress is very pretty and came as pictured. Only thing is my sister is skinny so the size 2 was slightly big but nothing a seamstress couldn't fix. The dress shipped fast, we actually had it within 2 weeks. We're very satisfied with service. Thank you

My experience was frustration free. They responded to my emails with a quick response. The dress is nice quality doesn't look cheap at all. Love the price. The delivery time was gret. Only thing I did have to go to a seamstress to do a few minor adjustments. But for the most part I was definitely satisfied. Would definitely recommend this company if someone was looking for a dress. Thanks again My daughter is gonna look beautiful for prom. 😊 April 5th 2024
