I had to take my dress to be altered a lot … 4.5 inches off bottom. 2.5 on both sides an 1.5 inches off the shoulders… this isn't what I wanted to have to do is spend more money on all these alterations

I love my dress! The quality is amazing and the fitting is great as long as you get your measurements right? The only problem I had with this purchase is me choosing the wrong mesh color for my skin tone but everything is accurate!

I was a lil nervous about ordering online for a dress for my daughter prom they contact me to get her correct size. When we got her dress she was impress she loves it in so do I it look just like the picture

Communication was fairly quick and easy and turnaround/delivery time was amazing. We could not have been more thrilled with the outcome of the dresses we ordered. We even added some customization to one of our dresses, and it came out perfectly! I would highly recommend the site.

The dress arrived, the slit was on the wrong side. Despite the measurements I provided as per the directions…I followed them to a tee, the dress was huge! Not satisfied at all, will not be purchasing anything from this site again. Very disappointed!

I spent days and weeks looking up wedding dresses online and in stores. My gut told me to go with Ladydressprom and I'm glad I did. I received my dress in less than 2 weeks. Communication is great (expect about a 6-12 hour delay in response). I ordered a custom fit however still spent another $130 extra on alterations. Overall I'm excited for my big day in a few weeks.

That was the worst dress I ever saw in my life, I feel like I got rob without a gun, I'm very very unsatisfied the dress looked like a trash bag. I will never buy from them ever and I plan on posting this to my blog page that has 4.5 million followers very poorly made

Response time to email was great, very polite. We got the dress fast, but Wow! It is comical. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. The slit was straight up the center, seams down the center. We actually took the dress to the local prom shop to display "Be Cautious when buying online"

I order my dress they reached to clarify everything I received my goods and it's perfect. The shipping information is the only thing that I felt was a little off. But that doesn't take away the amazing experience with the rest.

Was a bit skeptical to purchase from this company due to so many negative reviews, but dress looked better than I expected. Communication and shipping was fast, and despite being a last minute purchase dress still came a month before prom.

The quality was well worth the price. Dress arrived before scheduled date. However, the pictures online were different from what we received. I think we were expecting a different material.
I did have to take it in a bit more for a mermaid look. But the experience was great

We ordered this dress for my daughters senior prom. We ordered it kind of last minute so we had to select the rush shipping and it came just in time. We didn't need to tailor it a bit but overall it came out beautiful and the customer service was great..

This is a very beautiful dress. The quality is very good and the seller does a very good service. This is long to me but the fit is perfect. Color is gorgeous! I would recommend this product! You will definitely get good compliments about it!

I've never ordered dresses for big events online because it always seemed like a tragedy waiting to happen, but not this one. The dress fit just as it should in a size 2, the color and stitching pattern were just as it was in the photos, and the quality of the fabric and sequins on the dress is amazing.

The customer service was great. I would email them with questions and worries I had and I always got a response within 24 hours. I ordered this dress last minute, so I was worried I would not receive it on time to which they responded by reassuring me that I would, and I definitely did receive it on time. My dress was made and delivered within 12 days of placing my order (I paid for express shipping) but either way considering I bought this dress extremely last minute and still got it a few days before I actually needed it, was amazing. The quality of the dress is great, especially for the price. My dress was a bit loose at certain spots but it was not major. I recommend paying the $10 for the custom sizing (I did not initially but for future orders I definitely will). I would highly recommend this website to friends and family.

I received so many compliments on it. Dress arrived way earlier than I expected. Contacting the seller was excellent as it relates to service. Sizing was perfect and the details are exactly as in the picture showed.

The dress came in a timely manner. We did custom sizing and It did fit well with a little extra fabric gathered in the back. The mesh material around the top of the dress was double I guess for extra support and it did not blend well with her skin color so we had to stain it to get it as close as possible to an invisible look. The mesh around the details at the top was also not put together very well because a lot of the mesh covered the intricate bead work. It was still overall a nice dress and looked almost identical to the photo.
