I was a bit skeptical buying my wedding dress online. Especially at such an amazing price o BBC put my measurements in because o don't typically fit a specific size. The dress came quickly I did need to have some alterations done such as the straps shorten, the waist taken in and hips out. Also
I had some buttons added for a bussel. Still with that I have spent maybe a quarter of what I've seen people spend

Dress was not color shown in picture selection. Dress was not the fabric listed on product description. They sent an extremely heavy hot rug/curtain it was awful and looked nothing like photos. Emailed their "customer service" they refused to even give info on how to start a return process. Horrible English felt like I was talking to an uneducated child. Never got a refund and had to go buy another prom dress because the dress they sent was not wearable. Horrible and very sad experience. Spent $400 for ugly curtains basically. Lesson learned. There is not return policy just fyi. Once u buy that's it there is no going back and the product was made in a sweat shop by children illegally I'm sure. So so sad.

Please send in your measurements because not always the dress would come in your size. Everything for me was in the right placement accept where my chest should've been. I added my height because I am a short person but my chest was on my shoulders. Luckily it was a easy fix to be made and the dress still did turn out pretty.

We were nervous because of a lot of the reviews we seen on different platforms but we received exactly what we ordered it fit her perfectly and she was very beautiful in the dress. Thanks for making her senior prom 2024 a hit!

The fabric of the dress looks very different online than what I received. The dress did not fit me whatsoever even though I provided the correct measurements. In addition, the return policy is misleading; it says you can return but in reality she tries to convince you not to and when you do the shipping to send it back is nearly $100. Overall I am very dissatisfied with my experience.

We love the dress will purchase from you guys again in the future it looked exactly like the picture the quality is A1. The event has not happened yet will post pictures when my daughter attends the Prom next month

Shipping was quick, we sent custom measurements and the dress is still big and the zipper will not zip in the back and the dress. I paid for rush delivery and custom sizing. Now I have to pay extra hoping a seamstress can fix the zipper bc you don't take custom dresses back. Even though it's a mistake on your end.

Awesome response time. Awesome arrival time the dress was even more beautiful in person my daughter is young didn't want her boobs showing so they closed the cleavage as I requested. Good quality for a single mommy it was affordable 16for that it was like a dream come true y'all thanks so much.

I received my dress and bra this week and they both fit fantastic. They promised to have it to my US address by a certain date and they exceeded by getting it earlier to me.they shipped out on November 11 and it was here by afternoon November 14. My cousin unfortunately before I had found Ladypromdress had ordered thru a Amazon site...they still do not have her dress and are filing a claim with Amazon.and then having to go find another dress 3 days before Prom.

The dress looks good and well made we got it for my daughters prom she has not worn it out yet but she's excited, she tried it on and she looks absolutely beautiful in it. It fits her just right. We went with a size 2 instead of a 4 and it's a little snug around the waist and hip area but she will manage.

After placing the order they checked in to be sure they had the correct color and size. They offered to custom size it for better fit. They were great to work with, it arrived earlier than I expected and most importantly my daughter loves the dress. The only issue we have is the zipper is very difficult, and I'm fearful it will eventually break with the force we need to zip it up

The dress is horrific! It looks nothing like the dress pictured on site! It was like 3 sizes too big even though we sent accurate measurements taken by a professional! I'm having to pay to have the dress altered which is costing me just as much as I paid for it!

Communication was great! I had my daughters dress shipped to me in no time and the measurements was perfect. I would highly recommend ordering from them! Material was soft and it looked just like the picture.

I'm had meant to write one a while back but the dress is so beautiful. I was nervous because there wasn't many pictures available and the reviews written didn't have pictures either but the results were more than I expected. I was also anticipating the back design since the website didn't provide detail on that but it is definitely something I love. The person who handled my measurements managed it well and easily. I am happy with dress as it is well made. 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much!

There dresses look nothing like the picture I wouldn't buy if I were you! You're better off just going to a different website or in the store. I have prom very soon and I have to take my dress to be altered to see if I can even get it fixed up. Horrible don't waist your money.

My shopping experience was very easy and Ms. Shirley answered every question I had regarding the dress, shipping updates, and was very helpful by sending me links on how to check my body measurements to get the perfect fit for it. My dress is absolutely beautiful, it fits perfectly and I love it so much!

What I ordered looked nothing like what I received… it was a totally different dress! Fabric was off, extremely oversized and just hideous look like a 2 yr old made it. And to return it would've cost 75.00! I just have them 170.00 :( all it takes is one time I'll never shop with them again!
